???? Apple Cake Ingredients:
2 Apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons Butter (25g)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (15g)
1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar (20g)
Cake Dough:
2 Large Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar (130g)
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt (80g), also can use Sour Cream or Coconut Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk (120g)
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (60g)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (4g)
1 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour (200g)
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder (8g )
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar (4g)
7 inch Springform Cake Pan
???? Apple Cake Instructions:
1. Slice 2 apples thinly about 1/8 inch. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add butter, lemon juice, sliced apples and sugar. Cook until softened.
2. Preheat the oven to 356F (180C).
3. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, greek yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix. Sift in flour, baking powder. Mix until incorporated.
4. Pour the cake batter to a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Add cooked apple on top.
5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
6. Cool to room temperature.
7. Sprinkle some powdered sugar before serving.

How to make the most delicious apple cake, perfect for breakfast and afternoon tea
APPLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
They should all be at room temperature.
315g All purpose flour
108ml Milk
190g Sugar
2 Apples red delicious
1 tsp Baking powder
125g Soft butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Sachets vanillina or 2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh ginger juice or 3/4 tsp of powdered ginger (optional)
2 Tbsp Dark rum (optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar the top of the cake before baking .
A bit of powdered sugar for decoration

Ingredients:
For the crust:
2¾ cups (250g) Rolled oats
1¾ cups (220g) Flour
3/4 cup (150g) Brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) White sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (230g) Butter, cold
For the filling:
5 apples
2 tablespoons (15g) flour
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2. Make the crust: in a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add cold, cubed butter and mix with your hands until crumbly. Reserve two cups of the mixture in the fridge for a later use.
3. Press the remaining crust mixture into a baking pan (13*9 inch). Press firmly.
4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then set aside.
5. Make the filling: peel the apples, then thinly slice. Arrange apple slices in a row on the cooled crust.
6. Sprinkle the apples with flour, sugar and cinnamon. Then, crumble the reserved crust mixture.
7. Bake for 35 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
8. Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
Notes:
• In the video you can see I’ve arranged apple slices in one row, but after trying it, I think it’s not enough, try layering two layers or more (5 apples should be enough).

Freshly baked cake loaded with fresh apple.
APPLE CAKE
Ingredients
3 medium apples
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup refined flour + for dusting
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
150 grams melted butter + for greasing
1 cup skimmed milk
1 tablespoon oil
Method
1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a round baking tin with some butter and dust with some refined flour.
2. Sift together wheat flour, refined flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder into a bowl. Mix well.
3. Peel, roughly chop and puree the apples finely. Transfer into a bowl, add butter and milk and whisk well.
4. Add the flour mixture gradually and fold till well combined. Add oil and mix well.
5. Pour the batter in the prepared tin, tap, put in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, cool and demould. Serve.
Preparation time: 25-30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30-35 minutes

These apple crumble muffins are soft and fluffy, stuffed with small chunks of fresh apples and topped with rich crumble topping.

Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
For the muffins:
2 Apples
1 Egg, large
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk
1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
1¼ cups (160g) Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup (150g) Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the crumble:
1/4 cup (60g) Butter, cold
1/2 cup (65g) Flour
1/2 cup (100g) brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffins liners, spray the cups with oil (optional) and set aside.
2. Make the muffins: In a bowl mix milk, oil, egg and vanilla extract. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
4. Peel the apples and cut into small chunks. Place apple chunks into the flour mixture and toss well to ensure the apples are well coated.
5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until combined.
6. Scoop the batter into muffin cups until 3/4 full.
7. Make the crumble: Combine the ingredients for the crumble topping together in a small bowl and crumble together using your finger tips.
8. Sprinkle some crumble on top of each muffin batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let cool before serving.
