How To make Spicy Egg Noodles(Bamee Haeng)
Stephen Ceideburg 3 oz Fresh whole egg noodles
-(bamee) 1 tb Garlic Oil (see recipe)
2 tb Fish sauce (nam pla), or to
-taste 2 tb Kwan's Sweet and Sour Sauce
-(see recipe) Dried hot chile flakes, to -taste 1 Handful bean sprouts
1/4 c Shredded barbecued pork,
-cooked chicken, beef or -shrimp Chopped green onions for -garnish Fresh coriander leaves 1 t Ground peanuts
Whole egg noodles may be purchased in Asian markets (they are labeled "egg wonton-style noodles"). Serve this dish for breakfast, lunch or as a snack or as a side dish in a Western- style meal. The ancillary recipes are in the next post. Plunge noodles into a pot of boiling water for 4 or 5 seconds. Remove and plunge into cold water for 4 or 5 seconds. Return to boiling water for 4 or 5 seconds; drain. Pour noodles into a bowl. Add garlic oil, fish sauce,
sweet and sour sauce and dried chile flakes (if you like it hot). Dip bean sprouts quickly into boiling water; drain. Add to noodles. Add one or more of the cooked meats. Top with green onions, coriander and ground peanuts. Note: This recipe is a version served by street noodles vendors in Thailand. Seasonings may be adjusted to your taste. Today I introduce a Thai Egg Noodle called Bamii Nam / บะหมี่น้ำ.
Bamii is a word that means Chinese noodles, and is also the name of the dish itself.
In the case of dishes with soup, Nam will be added to the name and the name will be Bamii Nam.
The food court at Terminal 21 is a clean building, and the price of food is the same or cheaper than the stalls.

????Ingredients :
✅Part 1 : Topping
-Veggies oil
-Wonton wrap (how many whatever you like)
-Peel & chopped garlic (how much whatever you like)
✅Part 2 : Noodles + Pork Balls
-Fresh egg noodles 200g
-Bean sprouts 100g
-Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
-Pork mince 200g
-Corn flour 3 tbsp
-Egg 1 x 700g
-Black pepper
-Pink salt
-Water
✅Part 3 : Sauce & Decoration & Taste
❓How much whatever you like
-Black pepper
-Fish sauce
-Sugar
-Lime
-Peanut powder
-Crush chilli
????How to : please follow part 1 to part 3
✅Part 1 : Topping
-Deep fried chopped garlic & wonton wrap until looks yellow colour at medium heat then take it out without oil and leave its dried
✅Part 2 : Noodles & Pork
-Mix pork mince with pink salt, black pepper, egg, corn flour until smooth then make the ball shape and put its in the boiling water until well cooked
-Boiled egg noodles in the boiling hot water until they well cooked then take it out without water then put in the bowl for decoration
-Boiled bean sprouts in boiling water for 10 seconds then take it out without water and topping on the egg noodles
✅Part 3: Sauce/Decoration/Taste
-Prepare boiled egg noodles in the bowl and topped up with boiled bean sprouts
-Topped up with fish sauce, lime juice, black pepper, sugar & peanut powder & crush chilli ????
-Topped up with crispy wonton wrap & chopped coriander & crispy garlic
-Makes it look nice & beautiful
-Ready to serve
-Taste should be hot spicy, sweet, sour & a bit salty

Thai favourite dish Ba Mee Keaw Naam not spicy unless you want
Thailand Ba Mee Kaew Naam is a Noodle soup with yellow noodles which is Ba Mee= add pork or chicken meat not bones then spring onions etc in a nice soup. If you want just the ingredients you say Haeng. Check this videos & we will have more for you.......When you order Hang sometimes you get a small bowl of soup if you want. add chilli, etc which is normally on your table in Thailand if you want spicy. A good quick meal
