How To make Spicy Bean and Biscuit Pot Pie
1 1/2 c White wine or veg broth
1 tb Honey
2 c Onion
chopped
3 c Mushrooms :
sliced
1 c Red and green bell pepper
-seeded and diced 2 tb Garlic minced
2 tb Chilies :
seeded and chopped
Or 1/4 c Canned chilies -- diced
12 oz Canned peeled tomatoes
-drained and chopped 1/3 c Corn, frozen
2 c Canned pinto or adzuki
-beans -- drained 1 c Canned garbanzo beans
-drained 1 1/2 ts Cumin
1 tb Chili powder, or to taste
2 tb Tomato paste
2 tb Miso, preferable red
Basic Biscuit Crust
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat an 8- to 10-cup casserole dish with vegetable spray. In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, combine white wine or vegetable broth and honey; heat to simmering. Add onions; cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Add mushrooms,peppers, garlic, chilies and tomatoes; cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Add corn, beans,cumin and chili powder; simmer, uncovered, 5 minuts. Remove from heat. Pour 1/4 cup cooking liquid into small bowl; stir in tomato paste and miso until sdissolved. Return liquid mixture to pot and stir until combined. Pour vegetable filling into casserole. Top with Basic Biscuit Crust. Do not seal edges. Bake 30 mintues. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 more minutes. Serves 8. Per serving: 329 cal; 11 g prot; 4 g fat; 51 g carb; 8 mg chol; 333 mg sod; 7 g fiber; vegan

This Seafood Pot Pie Easy Recipe is the best so far. Today we will be making seafood pot pies we will be loading our pot pies up with shrimp, lump crab and scallops, you can add more or less completely up to you but i loved every bite! To add to this already tasty meal we will be be making RED LOBSTERS famous CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS from scratch and adding that as our pie crust. I hope you enjoy as much as i did !

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
For Pot Pie Filling
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Green Bell Pepper
2 Stalks Green Onion
2 Stalks Celery
1/2 Yellow onion
10 Oz Lump Crab
1/2 Pound Shrimp
1/2 Pound Scallops
1/2 Lemon
1 Tsp Old bay seasoning
1 Packet Goya Seasoning
1 Tbsp Liquid Shrimp and Crab Concentrate
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Green Beans, Peas, Corn and Carrots Mix
4 Red Potatoes *The small red potatoes if you use the big ones just use one!*
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
10 Oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
For Cheddar Bay Biscuits
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
For Butter Sauce
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Dried parsley
