Ground Beef Wrapped Pepper Jack Cheese Balls! So GOOD!
Made my own recipe for some Cheese stuffed meatballs!
Beef Meatballs with Sweet Pepper Rice
Full recipe available at
Rice and meatballs go together like a charm. So, first, for this main dish, let’s bring together rice and sweet pepper and flavor them with beef stock and oregano. Next, let’s season the ground beef with garlic and, again, with oregano; you can even give it an acidic touch, like we did, by tossing in lemon zest.
