How To make Orange Upside Down Cheesecake
1 ea Env. Unflavored Gelatin
1 1/2 c Unsweetened Orange Juice
1/4 c Sugar
2 c Orange Section
1 ea Env. Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 c Unsweetened Orange Juice
24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 c Sugar
2 t Grated Orange Peel
1 c Whipping Cream, Whipped
1 c Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 t Cinnamon
3 T Margarine, Melted
Soften Gelatin in juice. Add sugar; stir over low heat until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened, but not set. Arrange orange sections on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Pour gelatin mixture over oranges; chill until thickened again but not set. Soften gelatin in juice; stirr over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peel, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin mixture, mixing until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour over oranges, chill. Combine crumbs, cinnamon and margarine; gently press onto top of cake. Chill. Loosen from rim of pan; invert onto serving plate. Remove rim of pan. VARIATION: Omit cinnamon. Substitute graham cracker crumbs or chocolate wafer crumbs for vanilla wafer crumbs.

Today I'm sharing cold cake which is easy to make and prepared in no time. this creamy and cheesy cold cake is not only delicious but can be a part of get together parties and hi-tea parties and some many more occasions too. Winters are here so thought to share some tangy fruity cheesecake with you all hope you will try this recipe.

TANGY ORANGE CHEESECAKE
Ingredients for base:
1. Marie biscuits 200gms
2. Butter melted and unsalted 100gms
3. Powdered sugar 2tbsp

Ingredients for creamy layer:
1. Labneh or hung curd 180gms
2. Cream cheese 3tbsp
3. Powdered sugar 1/2cup
4. Orange jelly crystals 2tsp
5. Orange essence few drops
6. Gelatin 1tsp
7. Water 2tbsp
8. Orange rind 1tbsp
9. Thick cream 125ml
10. orange jelly crystals 1 pack
11. Hot water 1cup
12. Orange slices for decoration

Method:
1. In a bowl add crushed Marie biscuits and add melted butter and sugar and mix well.
2. Transfer in loose bottom pan lined with parchment paper and press all over, place in fridge for 1 hour to set.
3. In another bowl add labneh, cream, cream cheese, sugar, orange jelly crystals, orange rind and orange essence and mix well.
4. In a small bowl add gelatin and add water and set aside, it will pop up, then microwave for 10 seconds and mix, let it cool down, then add in cream mixture.
5. Pour creamy mixture over the prepared base and place in freezer for 1 hour and then place in fridge overnight to set completely.
6. Decorate with orange slices and mix in hot water a pack of jelly crystals mix until cool down and pour spoon by spoon over the prepared cheesecake, place in fridge for another 1 hour to set.
7. Cheesecake is ready, cut its desire slices and serve chilled.
