FOR THE BASE
* 175g Digestive Biscuits Crumbs
* 25g Cocoa Powder
* Orange Zest of 1 Orange
* 75g Butter, melted
FOR THE FILLING
* 920g Cream Cheese
* 85g Caster Sugar
* 200ml Heavy Cream (Whip the cream to stiff peaks)
*100g Dark Chocolate, melted
* 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
* Orange Zest of 1 Orange
* 30g Orange Juice
* Orange Food Colouring Gel
FOR THE TOPPING
* Whipped Cream (178ml Heavy Cream + 10g Cocoa Powder + 25g Sugar)

Orange Cheesecake
Orange Cheesecake is great dessert anytime of year! The citrus flavor of orange is light and refreshing paired with the creamy texture of the cheesecake is a winner in the world series of desserts.
Here is the recipe:
212g/ 2 cups crushed tea biscuits or graham crackers (crust)
70g/ 5 tbsp. melted unsalted butter (crust)
42g/ 3 tbsp. orange zest (crust)
680g/ 3-8oz cream cheese
150g/ 2/3 cup granulated sugar or stevia sweetener
82g/1/2 cup sour cream
150ml/ 1/3 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
4g/ 1 tsp orange extract
42g/ 3 tbsp. orange juice
28g/ 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Bake @ 350 F (176 C) for 30 mins
Turn oven to OFF and leave cheesecake in closed over for 60 minutes
Remove and allow to cool further @ room temperature
Place in refrigerator to set up for 6 hours or overnight.
Orange Cheesecake Topping:
188g/3/4 cup orange juice
110g/ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
200g/ 6oz mandarin orange slices

Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making ORANGE CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE!

Recipe:
1 - 85g Pk - Orange jello
1 Cup hot water
Recipe:
2 - 250g -Pk’s cream cheese, light or regular 1 or 2 - Tbsp melted butter
1- Lt - Tube cool whip 2 Cups graham crumbs
½ Cup plain yogurt 1 Tbsp brown sugar or sugar of choice
1 or 1½ Cups confectionary sugar
1 - 284g Can mandarin oranges
Method:
Pour water in a measuring cup and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until hot or boiling water.
Then add jello to a medium bowl and pour hot water over it and stir until all crystals are dissolved. Put in the fridge to come to room temperature or ice bath and until ready for next step “ DON’T SIT JELLO”
Method:
In a medium bowl add room temperature cream cheese and mix together with your blender, add plain yogurt and confectionary sugar and continue mixing until creamed.
Then add tube of cool whip and fold cream cheese into mixture with a spatula, after remove jello from fridge and fold ½ of the cream cheese mixture together, leaving the other ½ remaining to fold in to mixture after.
In a small bowl add graham crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar and mix together by hand or fork. Then add mixture to a 9 inch spring released pan lined with parchment paper, spread out and pat down to firm bottom layer.
Then add the orange creamsicle cheese mixture to pan and smooth out evenly, then scoop only ¼ of the white cream cheese mixture over the orange creamsicle mixture. Then with a knife circle the mixture through the orange mixture until all combined. Leaving the remaining of the white cream cheese mixture to decorate top of cake, scoop the remaining of the white cream cheese mixture into a decorator and put small dollops of the white cream cheese mixture around the cake whatever way you like.
Then open your canned mandarin oranges and drain off liquid, put oranges evenly around top of cake.
Place the pan in fridge and let set overnight or for 6 hours, until firm and sat….. then remove from fridge when sat and put pan on plate and releasing the spring on the side and pull pan upward to remove pan..… Enjoy!
