1/2 cup coconut :
dried,shredded
1 cup walnuts, black -- chopped
Cream Cheese Frosting: 1/4 pound butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon

Carrot Cake from Debbie dung a yaad
Ingredients :
1 cup light vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups shredded carrot
1 cup raisins / chopped nuts
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Making Carrot Cake For The First Time!
I tried to make a Carrot Cake. I never tried Carrot Cake before, so this was my first time I actually tried to make it, and taste it. I'm pretty happy with the end result. I hope you gonna try this recipe for yourself!
Recipe:
1 cup and a half all-purpose flour or 200-215 grams
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 + 1/4 tsp cinnamon (I put 1 and a half basically)
pinch of nutmeg
2 eggs furiously beaten
2 cups and a half shredded/grated carrots
Almost 1 cup of brown sugar, a little white sugar and 10 grams of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
We also added vanilla essence and a little of almond essence. (Add by taste)
Baked at 170 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes
For the frosting you have to mix
100 grams of butter
250 grams of mascarpone cheese
300 grams of powder sugar
Mix them with a mixer.
