1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Package Corn Bread Muffin Mix
1 Can 14.5 Cream Style Canned Corn
2 1/3 Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbls Melted Butter
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
