How To make Cold and Creamy Chicken and Pasta
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 ounces butter
1/2 pound rotini pasta
2 teaspoons salt
2 quarts water
3 teaspoons salt
2 cups sour cream
3 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dill weed
2 teaspoons cracker black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 ripe avocados
Lightly saute the chicken breasts until tender. Cut into strips aobut 1/2" wide an 2" long. Bring the water to a boil over High heat and add the salt. Add the pasta and turn the heat to Medium until pasta is tender, not mushy. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. Mixsalt, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, black pepper and parmesan together and allow to set for 15 minutes so that the flavors all blend together. Peel and pit the rip avocados. Slice into half inch strips, lengthwise. Mix the chicken strips, pasta and dressing in a large bowl. Mix should be slightly juicy. Gently stir in the avocados, so they don't break up. Allow the mixture to set overnight so that the pasta absorbs the dressing. If the mixture is dry the next day, add mayonnaise so that it is slightly wet. Taste for seasonings. To serve: place chicken pasta mixture in a chilled serving bowl and garnish top with ripe tomato wedges. Sprinle with a small amount of dill weed. Mix the chicken, pasta

1/2 paprika
1/2 tsp. old bay
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 small onion
1/2 medium size belle pepper
4 oz. diced tomatoes
2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp garlic 4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
This one's minus the chilli, perfect for the kids.
Ingredients
250g chicken
1 tablespoon yoghurt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 and a half teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
250g passata Italian
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup double cream
1 cup pasta water
Fresh parsley or coriander to garnish
250g pasta

I just named it “alfredo” because that is the name of the sauce i use. The sauce is not from scratch. If you want an alfredo recipe with homemade sauce, please check out the updated version of this video referenced above. ^^^^
*** Ingredients Used***
- Pasta of choice
- 1 lbs chicken
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 4 medium garlic cloves
- black pepper to taste
- 12 oz jarred classic alfredo sauce (from my local grocery store)
-1 tsp basil
- Chicken boullion seasoning to taste
*Cater seasoning preferences to your desired taste. If you feel like something needs more or less, Change it! ;)
