Ingredients:
12 oz jumbo pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 gloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
3 cups spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup Ricotta cheese or grated paneer
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup Italian basil, finely chopped
24 oz pasta/marinara sauce

1/2 box jumbo shells
2 chicken breast
2 cups fresh spinach
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp sazon
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
4 oz. fire roasted tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. heavy cream

How to Make Stuffed Shells
If you need the perfect weeknight dinner, these Stuffed Shells are for you. Filled with three types of cheeses and baked with marinara sauce and more cheese until golden brown, these stuffed pasta shells are always a crowd-pleasing meal. Saucy, cheesy, and filling, this recipe is the definition of comfort food!

1 8 oz box jumbo shells
1 chicken breast large halved
4 sausage links with cheese
1-pint heavy cream
5-6 sundried tomatoes
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 med. onion diced
1/2 cup red bell peppers diced
1/2 cup green bell peppers diced
3 cloves or 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 1/2 cups spinach fresh baby spinach
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 4 oz smoked gouda - split 8oz pack in 1/2
1 8oz parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
Add a sprinkle of salt to boiling water.
Cook jumbo shells until al dente.
Drizzle a small amount of oil unto the chicken.
Season the chicken with Cajun & Creole Seasoning.
Add oil to a pan or skillet.
Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temp of 165F.
Using the same pan fry and brown the sausages.
Saute the veggies (onions, and bell peppers)
Add finely chopped garlic and combine, saute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, chicken bouillon, Creole, and Cajun Seasoning.
Add the cheeses parmesan, smoked gouda, etc.
Add spinach and sundried tomatoes.
Allow the sauce to slightly thicken.
Add the chicken and sausage to the sauce.
Remove some of the creamy sauce to coat the bottom of the casserole dish.
Add the filling to the shells, and place the shells into the casserole dish.
Top with cheese if preferred.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Jerk Chicken:
Chicken tenders
3 teaspoons jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon all-spice
Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup, mozzarella cheese (Included In the cheese measurement)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 packet, Sazon (shown in the tutorial)
Salt and pepper to taste
Stuffing Mix:
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
15 oz steamed spinach, chopped
Jerk Chicken, chopped
