How To make Coconut Cup Cake with Guava Frosting
1/2 c Milk
2 tb Butter
2/3 c Sugar
5 tb Coconut syrup
1 c Cake flower
1 ts Baking powder
4 Egg whites
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
Scald milk, butter, sugar and coconut syrup together. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir these ingredients into the milk mixture. Whip the egg whites until they are foamy, add cream of tartar and whip until they are stiff but not dry. Fold into the cake mixture. Bake in greased muffin tin at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. GUAVA CAKE RECIPE:
Ingredients. Quantity
Egg Whites. 3
Egg Yolks. 3
Powdered Sugar. 75 gm
Vanilla essence. 1 Tsp
Guava essence. 1/5 Tsp
Guava juice. 1/3 cup
Cooking oil. 1/3 cup
All purpose flour. 75 gm
Baking powder. 1 Tsp
Salt. 1 pinch
Guava pulp. 1-2 Tbsp
Red food color. 2 drops
Yellow food color. 2 drops
DIRECTIONS:
-First of all separate egg yolks and egg whites.Beat Egg whites with electrical beater (hand whisk) on medium speed until soft peaks then beat on high speed until stiff peaks.
-Beat egg yolks until volume increased. Add powdered sugar in small portions and beat then add vanilla essence, Guava essence, Cooking oil, Guava juice and mix well. After add food colors and mix well. Add dry ingredients litte by little and gently fold the batter with the help of spetula.
-pour the batter into stiff peaks egg whites and fold ith again gently.
-pour the batter into greased mould and tap 2-3 times. place the mould in preheated pan and cover for 40-45 minutes. Bake it on low heat. Insert toothpick in the middle of cake if it comes out clean it means your cake is ready.

Ingredients:
1 box strawberry cake mix
1+1/3 cup guava juice
3 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil room temp.
Cream cheese frosting:
8 ounces cram cheese room temp.
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cool whip thawed
Guava topping:
2 cups guava juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
Mix the cake mix with guava juice, eggs and coconut oil until fully combined and pour into a 13 x 9 cake pan that has been buttered and floured to prevent the cake from sticking to the bottom.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minuted poking the center to make sure the cake is fully cooked.
for the cream cheese frosting whip everything together until fully combined then gently fold in the cool whip. Wrap the top and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For the gel topping place the guava juice in a saucepan and bring to a simmer with the sugar. In a separate bowl mix the cornstarch and water then add to the simmering guava juice. shut off the burner and whisk until thickened and combined.
To assemble the cake simply frost the first cream cheese frosting on top and spread out evenly then lastly pour the guava gel on top.
This cake should be refrigerated the day before eating it for maximum taste

Baking this delirious but easy guava cake will be the surest way to your loved one’s heart!
Ingredients
2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup MAZOLA® CORN OIL
1 package Guava paste, sliced ½” thin
¼ cup Powdered sugar

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer for 10 minutes or until the mixture triples in volume and forms a ribbon as it falls from the beaters.
At low speed, drizzle in the MAZOLA® CORN OIL.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Divide the mix in half. Oil an 8×8” pan and add half of the mixture. Add the guava paste slices. Then add the rest of the cake mix on top of the guava squares.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Then take out of the oven and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into 1 squares.
