Make 2 casseroles

Make sure the batter is nice and fluffy and it’s not runny before pouring
Ingredients:
7 peppers poblanos, hatch or Anaheim
6 eggs at room temperature
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4-1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 APF (all purpose flour)
1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
Optional: 1/4 onion, 2 roma tomatoes and 1 jalapeños or Serrano chopped and mixed together
Shredded queso Oaxaca or your favorite melting cheese
For the salsa:
4 roma tomatoes
Chile serranos or jalapeños
Chile de árbol
1/8 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt I’m using 2 tsp

Easy Chile Relleno Casserole ~ Great for Brunch or Dinner ~ Feeds the Whole Family!
In today's video I will show you how to make this delicious and easy chile relleno casserole. It only takes about five minutes to prepare and can be served for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. You also have the ability to adjust the amount of spice in the dish. This recipe is mild. If you want no spice than replace the pepper jack cheese with just monterey jack. If you want more spice replace the regular chile powder with 1/4 of a teaspoon of either red pepper flakes, ground chipotle pepper, or ground cayenne pepper. Welcome back to my channel or welcome if you are new! Today I am sharing two breakfast casserole recipes that are not only delicious, but quick and easy to make. This time of year, I am always looking for something quick, easy, and comforting to make and these recipes do not disappoint!
BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 (28 oz.) package frozen hash browns with onions and peppers
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 375*. Grease a 13-x 9-inch baking dish and place crescent rolls, pressing on bottom and partially up sides. Bake for 5 minutes.
Cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain well.
Prepare frozen hash browns according to package directions.
Sprinkle sausage over crescent rolls, once they are out of the oven. Spoon hash browns over sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. (Cover and chill up to 24 hours, if desired.)
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

Episode 171: Southern Breakfast Casserole (Requested Recipe) ????
Hello my Friends!
Today I am making a delicious and simple Breakfast Casserole! It has Hash Browns, Sausage, Eggs, lots of Cheese, and the best part, it is Breakfast in one Pan!
1 (2 pound) bag frozen hash browns (shredded or cubed) thawed
1 (16 oz, 1 pound) package maple, original or hot sausage
1 tbsp onion powder
5 jumbo eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground sage
8-12 oz freshly grated colby jack cheese (or any cheese)
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Place hash browns in a greased 1-2 quart baking dish and set aside. In a large pan, add sausage and 1 tbsp onion powder; cook until brown and drain access grease, set aside. In a large bowl, add eggs, evaporated milk, salt, white pepper, onion and garlic powder, and ground sage; whisk until well combined. Pour egg mixture on top of hash browns, then 1/2 of cheese, sausage, and rest of the cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
