How To make Castle Nacho Grande
10 White Castle hamburgers
1 lg Can nacho cheese
1 Head lettuce, chopped
2 Chopped tomatoes
1 md Chopped onion
1 lg Jar salsa
1 lg Bag nacho chips
8 oz Sour cream
25 Chopped black olives
1 lg Bag shredded chedder cheese
Spread 1/3 salsa on the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Spinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and chopped onion. Cut each sandwich into 4 - 6 pieces and arrange on top of salsa, cheese and onion. Add more salsa, shedded cheese, onion and black olives. Pour nacho cheese over all and bake at 350 deg F> for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, black olives and sour cream dollops. Serve with nacho chips.

CHORIQUESO! How to Make my Favorite Mexican Restaurant Appetizer & Chile Pequin Salsa Recipe
Today we’re cooking a CHORIQUESO!

Sometimes this is called a “queso flameado” but queso flameado is usually lit on fire with a shot of tequila - we’re not doing that today. We’re making a simple choriqueso the way we used to experience it here in
South Texas on the border. Sometimes this is made with rajas, sometimes with mushrooms or other chile pepper and onion toppings, but today we’re keeping it simple.
A lot of my barbecue passion and experience came from my father and grandfather, but the choriqueso and cabrito experience came from my father in law – Frank Nieto!
Today we’re cooking over the fire on the ProPit RPG Grill but you can cook this on the stove top or in the oven, whatever works best for you. All you need for this recipe is two packages of Chorizo de San Manuel, our favorite chorizo, and two packs of queso oaxaca.
This recipe is so, so easy to make. All we have to do is cook the chorizo in the pan, add the grated cheese, and then pull yourself a big ol delicious choriqueso taco. You can top this with your favorite salsa, guacamole, or anything else you like. Let’s fire it up and cook some choriqueso!
Shaq Sized White Castle Slider
It’s a bigger than usual weekend so make this bigger than usual Slider.
RECIPE:
-Grab a Frozen Shaq Burger from @eatmeatdistrict (you can find them at @walmart ).
-Drill a bunch of holes in it (these holes allow the steam to cook the burger).
-Get your griddle to 325F and oil it up.
-Throw down a bed of diced Onions and place your Burger Patty on top of the Onions.
-Add Salt and Pepper, then your bottom bun, then your top bun (you can also add the buns a little later into the cook if you want them less steamy.
-Squirt a little water to make more steam, and cover to contain the steam.
-Mix together the Everything Sauce (1 part Ketchup and 1 part Mustard).
-When the Burger gets to 160F (mine took about 18 minutes).
-shovel it off, flip it, add a slice of American Cheese, Pickles, the Everything Sauce, and the top bun.
-Now enjoy!
