to taste Put bread cubes in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Cover with cheese. Put the sausage on next. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour eggs over bread, cheese and meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 3250. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes. Check near the end to make sure top is not getting too done.

Get recipe: In this cooking video, Vickie makes her Home Style Hash Brown Casserole. This is great as a side dish for dinner or brunch. Ingredients 2 pounds chunk style frozen hash brown potatoes ( Southern Style), partially thawed 16 ounces sour cream 1 stick butter, melted, 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small onion chopped ( or a handful of dried onion flakes) Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 by 13 casserole baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Cheesy Hash brown Casserole I Company Potatoes I How to make Hash brown Casserole
1 Bag Shredded Hash browns 1 brick softened cream cheese 1 small onion chopped 1 can cheese soup 12 ounces sour cream 1/2 tablespoon paprika 1/2 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all above ingredients well and pour into a 9 X 11 or 13 Casserole dish
Topping
2 cups corn flakes 1/4 cup melted butter
Combine well and pour over hash brown mixture
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes (covered in foil)
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, checking often to crisp up corn flakes.
