How To make Beef with Spaghetti
1 1/2 lb Stew beef cut into
-1" pieces 1/4 c Minced onion
2 tb Instant beef bouillon
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 c Dry red wine
8 oz Uncooked spaghetti
GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE:
1 Clove Garlic, cut into
-halves 1 tb Olive oil
1 cn Whole tomatoes (16 oz)
1 sm Onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Dried basil leaves
1/4 ts Dried rosemary (optional)
ds Pepper
Prepare Garlic Tomato Sauce (see below). Mix beef, onion, bouillon, onion powder, wine and sauce in Dutch oven. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, 2 1/2 to 3 hours. (Add water or wine during cooking if necessary.) Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Serve beef mixture over spaghetti. GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE: Cook and stir garlic in oil in 1 1/2 qt. saucepan over low heat untilis brown; discard
garlic. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients; break up tomatoes with fork. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. This is made with readily available ingredients in your kitchen without the addition of soy sauce or oyster sauces or cheese but oh, so decadent, so savory, so delicious.
INGREDIENTS
1 Spaghetti slim
1 cup shredded beef
6 medium sized sausage Frank's
2 Tblsp smoked paprika
2 Knoa stock cubes
1 tsp curry powder
2 Tblsp tomato paste
1 cup onion and tomato puree
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Thumbsize ginger (finely chopped)
1 Small onion ( finely chopped)
1/ 2 tsp Asian seasoning
1 tsp dry rosemary leaves
* Half each of red,green and yellow bell peppers
* vegetable oil
* scallions
EXTRA beefy, cheesy (but not so traditional) Spaghetti Bolognese...hello MAJOR pregnancy CRAVINGS!

MY FAMOUS SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE RECIPE
T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon
9 cups filtered water
2 T salt
3/4 lb. Thin Spaghetti
1.25 lb. ground beef
1 yellow onion
3 large garlic cloves
1 small green bell pepper
2 T onion powder
2 T garlic powder
1 T paprika
2 T all-purpose seasoning: BADIA COMPLETE SEASONING:
1 t Italian seasoning
Ground black pepper
1/4 cup water
2 t tomato paste
1 to 2 large beef bouillon cubes
3 T water
2 packs of sodium-free granulated beef bouillon
3 T filtered water
1 T unsalted butter
2 T ketchup
1 t yellow mustard
1/2 t red wine vinegar
4 large tomatoes or 6 Roma tomatoes (OR two 14.5 oz cans of tomatoes)
2 bay leaves: MORTON & BASSET BAY LEAVES:
2 to 3 T grated parmesan cheese
2 to 3 T sugar OR you may use 2 diced carrots instead.
Cilantro leaves to garnish and hot sauce (optional, but really tasty)
