softened
1 lb Sifted cake flour
10 md Eggs :
separated
1 lb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Lemon or orange juice
x Zest from lemon or orange
Cream butter and flour. Beat yolks, vanilla and juice. Add to butter/flour mixture, gradually. Beat whites with 1 t sugar and fold in. Beat on low for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour into 2 8x4" greased and floured pans. Bake 325~ for 1 1/4 hours. Source: Chef Buster Ambrosia (wrv)

This became my new favorite!; the fluffy and moist sponge cake tastes so heavenly with fluffy whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and perfectly tart homemade strawberry jam. ???? The ingredients to make strawberry cream cake
Chiffon Cake: 2 8” pans (Do not use non-stick pans)
[In Bowl]
• Yolk 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Milk 3 oz | 85 g
• Oil 2 oz | 56 g
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Cake flour 4 oz | 113 g
[Meringue]
• Egg white 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
???? Bake 300 F | 149 C with a water bath for 25-30 minutes
(It was 28 minutes with my oven!)
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.
Fillings:
• Fresh strawberries: about 10 medium-sized strawberries
• Strawberry jam 3.5 oz | 100 g
????Strawberry jam
• Fresh Strawberries: 15.9 oz | 450 g (1 pound)
• Granulated Sugar: 7.9 oz | 225 g
• Lemon juice: 1.5-3 Tbsp ( I added 1.5 Tbsp today.)
* I made one batch of the recipe in the video and stored the rest! Make less amount as you like.
Whipped Cream:
• Heavy cream 14 oz | 396 g
• Granulated sugar 1 oz | 30 g
Decoration:
• Some fresh strawberries (or use whatever you like!)

Peg is sending Lisa and her viewers this quick idea of her family's uses of Boiled Custard for the holidays. They use it in many ways such as over Ambrosia Salad and over Pound Cake with fruit. 1 Quart of whole milk, 5 eggs, 1 cup white sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Heat milk over double boiler. Beat eggs and add sugar and mix well. Temper the eggs by adding a bit of hot milk to warm. Pour eggs slowly into hot milk. Cook until it coats the spoon stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Do not overcook. Chill in refrigerator before serving.

Learn how to make delicious and perfect soft tea cake or pound cake at home with an easy and quick method.

Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Few drops vanilla essence
3 tsp of baking powder
3 tbs of melted butter ????
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
Directions:
Take a bowl and add eggs in it. Beat the eggs. Add butter, sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla essence and beat everything well.
Take a baking pan and brush pan with oil. Add beaten batter in it.
Preheat oven at 350F and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
Check in between by using toothpick.
After 25-30 minutes,
Delicious Tea cake is ready to serve.

3 Ingredient Quick Pineapple Dessert (Ready In Less Than 5 Minutes!!)
Popular pineapple dessert that is quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients
- crushed pineapple
- sweetened condensed milk
- cool whip
Steps:
1. Drain all the juice from the crushed pineapple
2. Put the pineapple into a pan and mix in 1/3 of the condensed milk tin (this is based on taste, for sweeter results add more and for less sweet add less - taste as you go)
3. Add in about half the tub of cool whip and mix it into the pineapple until everything is covered ( add more as needed)
4. Optional: Decorate the top with whip cream, nuts or fruit
5. Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve!
