1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Sour cream
1 1/2 c Pears, peeled, cored, diced
1 ts Vanilla
NUT TOPPING:
1/2 c Brown sugar
3/4 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Soft butter
1/2 c Walnuts, chopped
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla; then
egg. Beat until smooth. 2. Mix flour, powder soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture alternately with
sour cream. Mix just to blend after each addition. Fold in pears. Spread in an 8" greased square pan. 3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and the soft butter until well combined. Stir
in the chopped walnuts. Sprinkle the nut topping evenly over the cake. 4. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until top is well-browned and a pick

ingredients (8-12 person):
Ripe Pears 3
Suger 2 cups
Flour 3-1/4 cups
Baking powder 2 tablespoons (sifted with flour)
Vegetable oil 1cup
Egg 3 large
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Walnut 1 cup
Almond flake 1/4 cup for decoration
Caramel sauce:
sugar 1 cup
Heavy cream 1 cup

1 cup (100g) walnuts, toasted and chopped (7 reserved for topping)
¾ cup (175g) unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup (190g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs room temperature
2 tsp. (20g) cooled strong coffee
1 ½ cup (175g) all purpose flour
1 tsp. (4g) baking powder
¼ tsp. (1g) salt
1 tsp. (2g) vanilla flavor

125g (1/2 cup) room temperature butter
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1tsp lemon aroma
3 eggs, add one at a time.
200g all-purpose flour/cake flour + 2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk, add a half at a time.
Three pears, one cut into cubes & mix with the cake batter.
(pear can be substituted with apple)
Springform pan: 20 cm in diameter
(larger size pan will make the cake thinner)
180°C (350°F) for 45 - 50 minutes

Resep Kue Pear Mudah
125g (1/2 cangkir) mentega suhu kamar
100g (1/2 cangkir) gula
1 sdt aroma lemon
3 butir telur, tambahkan satu per satu.
200g tepung serbaguna / tepung kue + 2 sdt baking powder
2 sdm susu, tambahkan setengahnya sekaligus.
Tiga buah pir, satu potong dadu & campur dengan adonan kue.
(pir bisa diganti dengan apel)
Loyang springform: diameter 20 cm
(loyang ukuran lebih besar akan membuat kue lebih tipis)
180 ° C (350 ° F) 45 - 50 menit

Birnenkuchen Rezept einfach

1 TL Zitronenaroma
3 Eier nacheinander hinzufügen.

2 EL Milch, jeweils eine Hälfte hinzufügen.
Drei Birnen, eine in Würfel geschnitten und mit dem Kuchenteig mischen.
(Birne kann durch Apfel ersetzt werden)
Springform: 20 cm Durchmesser
(Eine größere Pfanne macht den Kuchen dünner.)
