How To make Grilled Beef Kababs
-IRWIN SOLOMON (JJGF65A)
PHILLY.INQUIRER:
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
3 tb Corn oil
1/3 c Soy sauce
2 tb Yellow mustard
1 Clove garlic,minced
1 1/2 lb Lean round steak,boneless
1 Large green pepper
4 oz Fresh mushrooms
8 Cherry tomatoes
1 Very large onion
Make marinade by combining lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce,oil,soy sauce,mustard,garlic.Cut beef into 1" chunks,then put in marinade.Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours or more... Cut vegetables into chunks,making at least 8 pieces of each.Remove beef cubes from marinade,reserving marinade... On 4 medium or long skewers,alternate pieces of meat and vegetables.Grill over hot coals,basting occasionaly with marinade,for about 15 minutes,turning shewers regularly.(Allow 5 to 10 minutes longer for well done meat.).Serve hot.Makes 4 servings....

wir haben das Ganze für 10 Personen zubereitet
haben 2,5 Kg Hackfleisch genommen -sechs mittelgroße Zwiebel eine Knolle Ingwer und Knoblauch sechs grüne Chilis ein Bund frischer Koriander zwei Esslöffel Salz nach Geschmack zwei Esslöffel rote Chilipulver sechs Esslöffel Koriander Pulver zwei Esslöffel Kümmelpulver
100g Seekh Kebab Masala 50 g Chapli Kebab Masala ( man kann die Masala Packung in jeden Asia Laden Kaufen ) und zwei Eier und haben das ganze gut mit dem Hackfleisch vermischt wichtig ist es vorher den Saft von den Zwiebeln aus zu pressen dadurch kleben die Kebab besser an den Spießen und falle nicht runter ins Feuer. dann abgedeckt ca. für 1 stunde in den Kühlschrank Stellen.

In this video I show you how to make Turkish Adana Kebabs. These adana kebabs are really easy to make and can be made on a BBQ or grill tray. To make your own homemade adana skewers, tape together 6 bamboo skewers and then cover them in foil.
Ingredients:
500g Lamb Mince
500g Beef Mince
Salt to taste (Recipe used 1 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder (Adjust to taste)
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
2 Tsp Sumac
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
3 Garlic Cloves – Finely Chopped
6 Green Chillies – Finely Chopped (Adjust to taste)
2 Onions – Finely Chopped – Water drained out
1 Red Bell Pepper – Finely Chopped – Water drained out
1.5 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes or Aleppo Pepper Chilli Flakes
1.5 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
Handful Chopped coriander
Salad:
1 Tomato – Chopped
½ Cucumber – Chopped
1 Red Onion Chopped
1 Tsp Sumac
Handful Chopped Coriander

(70% meat 30% fat) (charbi wala keema)
- Red bell pepper ( lal shimla mirch) 1 medium
- Garlic 5-6 cloves (lehsan)
- Onion (pyaaz) 1 large
- Parsley or Coriander 1/2 bunch OR 1/2 cup
(dahnia)
- Salt (namak) 3/4 tbsp or to taste
- Black pepper (kali mirch) 1 tsp
- Sumac 1 tbsp ( substitute: Pomegranate powder (anardana powder 1 tbsp or lemon juice 2 tbsp with 1/8 tsp lemon zest )
- Coriander powder (dahnia) 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder (zeera) 1 tsp
- Red chilli (lal mirch) 2 tsp
- paprika powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying 2-3 tbsp
For Salad:
- Onion (pyaaz) 1 large
- Tomato 1 large
- Parsley or Coriander 2-4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
