How To make Ww Turkey Chili
9 ounces Kidney beans
(or red or
beans) 32 ounces Tomato sauce
15 ounces Turkey; ground :
raw
1 medium Onion diced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Caraway seed
1 tablespoon Chili powder :
(maybe 2 t)
1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Oregano -- ground
1 teaspoon Celery seed
Wash beans. Cover with water and soak in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of four hours at room temperature. Put water, beans, and salt in a soup pot and cook until beans are soft, approximately one hour. Add water when necessary to keep beans covered. Do not drain. Brown ground turkey and onion. Combine turkey mixture, beans, tomato sauce and spices in soup pot. Simmer over low heat for one or two hours. Add water to achieve desired consistency. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups per serving. EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 1 1/4 VEGETABLES, 3 PROTEINS AND 10 OPTIONALS.

After trying many recipes this is the best zero point chili I’ve found
WW Instant Pot Turkey Chili
This WW friendly Turkey Chili was delicious and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 2lbs of 99% ground turkey
2 14.5oz of Diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 10.50oz of Diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 15oz of Tomato sauce no salt added
1 16oz of Pinto Beans reduced sodium
1 16oz of Black Beans reduced sodium
1 16oz of Kidney Beans reduced sodium
4tbsp of McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix 30% less sodium
1tsp of Chili Flakes
1/4tsp Chili Powder
1 Medium Onion
1/4tsp of Turmeric
1 Lime
1/4tsp of Black Pepper
1 pinch of salt
Recipe:
-Dice Onion and saute it in pan
-Brown up turkey meat
-Turn off instant pot when meat is done cooking
-Squeeze juice of 1 lime over meat and stir
-Add in tomato sauce
-Add in canned tomatoes and green chilies
-Add in both cans of diced tomatoes and liquid
-Rinse drain all 3 cans of beans until liquid runs clear, drain well then add to instant pot
-Add seasoning packet and other seasonings
-Put lid on instant pot and lock it shut
-Push chili/beans button and let it cook.
-Once timer goes off use the quick release option.
Let it cool and enjoy! I love that you have a Chili that's not only healthier for you but delicious and tastes like it was cooking on the stove all day!

Best Pumpkin Chili Recipe #WeightWatchers
Description: A delicious pumpkin chili, the perfect dish for these fall months. Super easy, super delicious, super perfect!

I will be making this on the Weight Watchers Blue Plan. You can use this recipe for the Weight Watchers Green Plan & Weight Watchers Purple plan but please be sure to calculate points using the recipe builder on WW online or in the WW app.
Ingredients:
✅2 Lbs of 99% fat free ground turkey breast
✅1 bell pepper
✅1 large onion ( i used a sweet yellow)
✅2 15.5oz cans of red kidney beans
✅1/4 Cup of monk fruit 1:1 sugar replacement (white granulated)
✅46 oz of pure tomato juice (10 SP total value)
✅28 can of peeled diced tomatoes with juice
✅1 Cup of canned 100% pure pumpkin puree
✅1 Tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice however i added 1 more tsp for extra
pumpkin goodness! so 1 tbsp + 1tsp for me! (see tutorial for taste test and explanation)
✅1 tbsp of chili powder (or to taste)
Instructions:
1️⃣In a large pot over medium heat, cook up ground turkey until mostly cooked!
2️⃣Chop onion and pepper into bite sized pieces
3️⃣Drain and rinse beans
4️⃣Add pepper and onion to cooked turkey, continue to stir and cook for 5 minutes
5️⃣Stir in beans, diced tomatoes, seasoning, tomato juice, monk fruit, all spices, pumpkin etc.
6️⃣ stir well until pumpkin is mixed in and cover pot
7️⃣simmer for 1 hour and serve!
