Vegan Chocolate Sponge Cake, easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour (320g)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
1 cup dark sugar (220g)
2 Tsp baking powder (10g)
1/4 Tsp salt
1 1/2 cups plant milk (350ml)
1/2 cup coconut oil (125ml)
1 Tsp orange extract
1 Tbsp amaretto liqueur
For decoration:
6 oz dark chocolate (150g)
1 Tsp vegetable oil
sugar cake decorations
