How To make Tropical Fudge
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Molasses
1/3 c Hot water
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 ts Salt
6 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces
2 c Finely chopped Brazil nuts
1 cn Flaked coconut
1/2 c Finely chopped Brazil nuts
Servings: 2 pounds DIRECTIONS: In saucepan, mix sugar, molasses, hot water, butter and salt. Stir over low heat until a small amount of the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water (240-F). Remove from heat; add chocolate; do not stir. Cool to 150 F, and stir until chocolate is well blended. Add 2 cups nuts and coconut. Pour into buttered 8x8x2" pan, and press in 1/2 cup nuts. COCONUT LIME ALMOND BARK
INGREDIENTS
12oz Almond Bark or White Melting Chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
zest of 1 lime
1/2 cup sliced or chopped almonds
Place almond bark and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 1 minute intervals, stirring in between each until all almond bark is melted and is incorporated with coconut oil. Stir in coconut, almonds, and lime zest. Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces and store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Easy Jackfruit Fudge Cake | Recipe | Homemade | Tropical Fruit Cake | Sadiya and Sarah
We were so busy with our exams and school that we were having a hard time to spent on our channel. However, we're finally back with our favourite tropical fruit cake recipe, Jackfruit fudge cake. This recipe will satisfy the craving of fudge and jackfruit lovers.

Jackfruit cake
Ingredients:-
2 eggs
2 cups of jackfruit purée
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of skimmed milk powder
1 cup of melted butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Coconut shreds
How to make it:
1.First beat the eggs until foamy.
2.Then add the rest of the ingredients. The batter should be thick, but should slide off the spatula. Cover the batter with plastic food wrap and leave for at lest 2 hours.
3.Next, butter and flour a 9 springform pan. Divide the batter and bake at 180*C oven for 20-25 minutes. Once it's baked and cooled, decorate with more coconut flakes and enjoy!
***If you love fudge consistency cake, bake for 20 minutes, if you love firm moist cake, bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
For fudge:
* 7 oz pack Unsweetened coconut flakes
* 14 oz can Condensed Milk
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Stir together the coconut and condensed milk in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cook on High in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
3. When the coconut mixture is hot and bubbling, stir in the cardamom.
4. Pour into a greased plate and smooth the top with a spatula. Enjoy!
