Recipe:
Garlic ????
Chili Peppers ????
Lime
Fish Sauce
Sugar
Monosodium Glutamate
Minced Cilantro’s
Minced Green Onions
Instructions ????????
1. In a Pestle & Mortar (Or Processor) add two peeled Garlic ???? Cloves. Smash well as Shown In the Video, If you want, use a Spoon ???? to Smash the Garlic against it.
2. Next, add in your Desired Amount of Chili Peppers ???? (I used 20). Smash that in as well.
3. Add in 1/4 of a Cup of Lime Juice, 1/2 Cup of Sugar (use less if you want it less sweet), 1 Tsp of Monosodium Glutamate, Minced Cilantro’s, and Minced Green Onions.
4. Combine and mix well, and Simple as that! Done. Pour in a Small Bowl and it’s ready to serve.
Notes ???? Try this with Ginger, It taste even better! Just smash in one thinly sliced Ginger with the Garlic in the first step.
- Adjust to taste! If you want It more Sour, add more Limes, If you want It more Sweet, add more Sugar. More Salty or Umami, add in more Fish Sauce or Monosodium Glutamate to Taste.
- Double this Recipe to make a Family Size Portion Dipping Sauce.

♡INGREDIENTS♡
* 2 lbs chicken cutlet, cut in 1-inch chunks
* pinch of black pepper
* pinch of garlic salt
* pinch of all purpose seasoning
* pinch of chili powder (optional)
* 1 cup oil (corn, vegetable, or canola)
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup rice vinegar
* 1/4 cup water (more if needed)
* 2 tbsp crushed red peppers (chili) or 1 tbsp for a less spicy sauce
* 1 tbsp corn starch
*1 tsp honey
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 2 stalks chopped scallions or 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish) optional
