In this video, I’m going to teach you how to make Italian dressing. Many times different salad dressings at the store, even if they’re organic, contain GMO soy, GMO corn oil, MSG, and sugar. It’s really best to make your own salad dressing.
This recipe for homemade Italian dressing can be used for salad and much more. It’s natural, it’s keto-friendly, it’s easy, and best of all it’s really delicious.
Homemade Italian Dressing
1 cup olive oil (or avocado)
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbl red wine vinegar
1 tbl chopped garlic
2 tbl finely chopped onion
2 tbl finely chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp oregano
¼ marjoram
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Add ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Refrigerate for several weeks.

QUICK EASY BAKED CHICKEN WITH ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING
Hi everyone!

Ingredients:
Wishbone Italian Dressing
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Weber’s chicken seasoning
Directions:
After you’ve seasoned your chicken, marinate it in the italian dressing for 45 minutes to an hour (I marinated mine over night).
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Check on your chicken at around 40 minutes
Cook to desired taste
For crunchier baked chicken, broil on LOW.
I broiled mine for 15 minutes.

Chicken can be easily burned on broil, please watch it carefully.

CLASSIC CREAMY ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/3 cup good quality olive oil
* 1/2 cup natural, high-quality mayonnaise
* 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
* 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 2 teaspoons honey
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
* salt and pepper to taste
* a few tablespoons of water (ONLY IF NEEDED to thin the dressing out a little bit)
Instructions
* Add all ingredients to a large mason jar and shake very well until combined. Store in the fridge for a few hours before serving, or serve immediately over your favourite garden salad.
* Shake well before serving.
* If the dressing is too thick, simply add water one teaspoon at a time to thin it out to the desired consistency.
