Vegetable Pasta in HINDI | Quick Pasta Recipe | How to Make Veg Pasta in Hindi | Nehas Cookhouse
This vegetable pasta recipe is quick and easy to make. I have used veggies like onion and green capsicum but you can add more vegetables of your choice. Its cooked in tomato pasta sauce which gives it a nice tangy taste, further flavored with parmesan cheese. You can further enhance its taste by adding more ketchup or green chutney. You can have it in brunch, lunch or dinner. Kids enjoy it so you can also give them in lunchbox. So try this recipe yourself and enjoy this light food anytime.

5. When they look cooked add tomato pasta sauce, stir it and let it cook for 8-10 s on medium heat.
6. Now add boiled pasta, salt, chilli flakes, parmesan cheese and mix them well.
7. Now cover it and let it cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
8. Now our pasta is cooked and its ready to taste.
Tips:
1. You can further add vegetables to pasta according to your own preferences and taste.
2. Eat with ketchup sauce or green chutney to further enhance taste.

Healthy Wholemeal Vegetable Pasta with caramelized Sweet Potato
A simple healthy pasta meal with caramelised sweet potato.
I used organic wholemeal or wholegrain penne which is a healthier option when eating pasta. It’s a very simple recipe to make, the hardest part is stirring the sweet potato for ten minutes, but it’s well worth it. It’s full of leafy greens so you know it’s super healthy! I used white wine for this, but you can substitute with vegetable stock and maybe a squeeze of lemon. You won’t find many pasta meals as healthy as this one. Make it today, and enjoy my whole meal Penne Pasta with vegetables and caramelized Sweet Potato. Happy cooking, and to your health!
