1 German chocolate cake mix 3/4 c Margarine; melted 2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk 1 Snickers bars; large bag Or milky way bars Mix cake mix with melted margarine and condensed milk, Spread out 1/2 of the mixture into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350~ for 10 minutes. Slice candy bars into little slices. Lay these on top of the baked crust. With the remaining batter-crumble it on top of the candy bars. It will have a crumbly texture. No need to spread it on top to make it smooth. Put it back into the oven and bake it at 350~ for 20 minutes. -----

Its brownie time ! Very quick and very yummy. Just follow the recipe below.. You can replace mini snickers with your favourite chocolate !
Butter melted 1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Vanilla essence 1 tsp Eggs 2 Flour 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp Chopped snicker bars
Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add in sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Combine and mix the ingredients. Add egg one by one stirring after each addition. Lastly add flour and gently mix so there are no lumps. Don't overmix! Lightly grease your dish. Add in batter, top off with chocolate chunks and put in microwave for 2-3 mins till batter solidifies. Enjoy !

Gooey Snickers Brownie

Gooey Snickers Brownie Makes 16 Prep 10 mins (+ cooling time) Cooking 40 mins
200g butter, chopped 200g dark chocolate, chopped 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 3 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs 1 cup (150g) plain flour 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder 1/3 cup (80g) sour cream 2 x 50g Mars Snickers bars, finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 20cm (base measurement) square cake pan and line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Combine the butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until the mixture is smooth. Set aside for 5 mins to cool slightly. 2. Add the sugar and stir to combine. Stir in the eggs until well combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and sour cream and stir to combine. Stir three-quarters of the Snickers bar into the brownie batter. Spoon batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle over the remaining Snickers bar. 3. Bake for 30-35 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Set aside in the pan to cool slightly. Cut into pieces to serve.
