Ingredients :
1 Cup All Purpose flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
pinch of salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 Cup melted butter
1/2 fresh milk
(sift all dry ingredients first)
for topping :
1/2 brown sugar
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 &1/2 tbsp coffee Powder use any type of coffee
1 &1/2 Cup water
total baking baking time in Preheated oven on 180c 45 - 50 minutes.
serve hot with scoop of ice cream.
for vessel Preheate the vessel for 10 minutes bake in low to medium flame for 50 -55 minutes.

Brownie Pudding

Level: Easy
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, plus extra for buttering the dish
4 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup good cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean
1 tablespoon framboise liqueur, optional
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly butter a 2-quart (9 by 12 by 2-inch) oval baking dish. Melt the 1/2 pound of butter and set aside to cool.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the eggs and sugar on medium-high speed for 5 to 10 minutes, until very thick and light yellow. Meanwhile, sift the cocoa powder and flour together and set aside.
When the egg and sugar mixture is ready, reduce the speed to low and add the vanilla seeds, framboise, if using, and the cocoa powder and flour mixture. Mix only until combined. With mixer still on low, slowly pour in the cooled butter and mix again just until combined.
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish and place it in a larger baking pan. Add enough of the hottest tap water to the pan to come halfway up the side of the dish and bake for exactly 1 hour. A cake tester inserted 2 inches from the side will come out 3/4 clean. The center will appear very under-baked; this dessert is between a brownie and a pudding.
Allow to cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.

2 sticks butter, softened
4 x-large eggs, room temperature
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly butter 2 qt oval baking dish. Melt butter and set aside to cool.
With electric mixer on med-high, beat eggs and sugar for 5-10 minutes, until very thick and light yellow. Meanwhile, sift cocoa and flour together. Set aside.
When egg & sugar mix is ready, reduce speed to low, add vanilla and cocoa/flour mixture. Mix only until combined. Pour butter slowly into mixture and mix again only until combined.
Pour into prepared dish, place in larger pan. Add hot water half way up side of dish. Bake exactly 1 hour. Cool and serve.

-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s milk ¾ Cup
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Cream chilled 250ml
-Icing sugar ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Compound chocolate 100g
-Olper’s Cream 100ml
-Compound chocolate
Directions:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
-On a double boiler,place a bowl,add compound chocolate,butter and mix well until chocolate melts.
-Remove from double boiler,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder, instant coffee & sift all dry ingredients together.
-Add caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-On greased baking dish (7 x 10 inch) lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter and spread evenly.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from oven & baking dish,place on a wire rack & let it cool.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.

-In a jug,add compound chocolate,cream & microwave for 40-60 seconds then mix well & set aside.
