1 pk Fudge brownie mix,
Reduced-fat 1/3 c Strawberry all fruit spread
2 c Whipped topping, reduced-fat
Nondairy
frozen, thawed 1/4 ts Almond extract
2 c Fresh strawberries :
Stemmed, halved 1/4 c Chocolate sauce,
Reduced-fat
1. Prepare brownies according to package directions
and use an 11x7-inch pan. Cool completely in pan. 2. Blend fruit spread and 2 tablespoons of water in
small bowl until smooth. Combine whipped topping and almond extract in a medium bow. Stem the strawberries and halve them (tip to stem). 3. Cut brownie crosswise in half (two pieces 5-1/2 by
7-inches). Place half of rownie, flat-side down, on
serving dish. Spread with fruit spread; top with 1 cup whipped topping. Spread rest of fruit spread on the second piece's crusty side. Spread most of the whipping topping on top of that, avoid the edges. Carefully position the prepared brownie over whipped topping of first piece. 4. Arrange strawberry halves on the whipped topping.

The Best Fudgy Brownies
Servings: 9
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces good-quality chocolate
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later.
Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color.
Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!

- 200g dark chocolate
- 110g (1/2cup) unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 150g (3/4cup) granulated sugar
- 50g (1/4cup) dark brown sugar
- 65g (1/2cup) all-purpose flour
- 25g (1/4cup) cocoa powder(unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
➤ Tips
1. Bake after preheating the oven
2. You can replace granulated sugar and dark brown sugar with light brown sugar
3. If it's too sweet for you, you can use 20g less sugar
4. I took it out of the oven and tapped it after 20 minutes to make the crack
5. It tastes better when you use good quality dark chocolate and cocoa powder
6. It tastes better if you put it in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it
