How to Make Steamed Brownies
Steamed Brownies
The ingredients:
- 45 grams of flour
- 30 grams of sugar
- 3 tbsp of melted butter
- 1 egg.
- 100 ml of warm water
- three sachets of chocolate powder
- and sugar powder (optional)
How to make:
1. Prepare the container for the batter and then pour 3 sachets of chocolate powder with 100 ml of warm water.
2. After a flat mix put 30 gr/2 tbsp of sugar into the container and stir it back
3. Add one egg, stir
4. Put 45 gr of flour,
5. 3 tbsp of melted butter
6. Use the medium fire and steam for about 5-15 minutes. The time is adjusted to the size of the mold.
7. Take the cake out of the mold and make a garnish according to your taste.
#Don't forget! The batter is always mixed properly with each ingredient in it
# before pouring the dough into the mold apply the butter first so it doesn't stick and make sure the steamer is hot and ready to be used.

Super chocolatey, chewy, and fudgy.
Here is what you'll need!
The Best Fudgy Brownies
Servings: 9
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces good-quality chocolate
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later.
Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color.
Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!

CHOCOLATE CAKE
✔️1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
✔️1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) Use dutch-process cocoa
✔️1 tsp. baking powder
✔️1/2 tsp baking soda
✔️1/2 tsp salt
✔️1 cup sugar
✔️1 pc egg (large)
✔️1/3 cup oil (canola, vegetable, coconut, etc)
✔️3/4 cup milk (evaporated or fresh)
✔️1 tsp. vanilla extract
✔️1 tsp. instant coffee
✔️1/2 cup hot water
PROCEDURE
1. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add sugar, Mix well.
2. Then add oil, vanilla extract, egg and milk. Mix well. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water. Then pour to the cake mixture while stirring. Mix well until smooth.
3. Pour the batter to the baking pan lined with baking paper. I used 9-inch pan. Cover with foil. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes in medium-low heat.
4. After 45 minutes, do toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Remove from heat and remove foil. Remove from pan and let it cool completely.
FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING
✔️1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) Use dutch-processed cocoa
✔️1 cup milk (fresh or evaporated milk)
✔️3 tsp. all purpose flour (or cornstarch) for thicker frosting
✔️1/2 cup sugar
✔️1 tbsp. butter
✔️1 tsp, vanilla extract
PROCEDURE
1. In a pot, combine milk, cocoa, flour and sugar. Dissolve all powder. Cook in low heat until thick (around 5 to 8 minutes).
2. Once thickened, turn off fire and add butter and vanilla extract. Stir to melt butter completely. Set aside and let it cool. The frosting becomes thicker when cooled down. (Frost your cake however you like)
