finely chopped 1/2 c Water Needed: two nestled pots. The larger pot holds the water to steam the contents of the smaller pot inside. Both pots need lids or covers of heavy duty alumimum foil. Mix the cake ingredients ahead of time cutting the margarine into the dry ingredients, and pack in a zip lock bag. Use large enough bag that it can be used as the mixing container. Grease the bottom and side of the smaller pot. Add the water to the mix and beat by hand till smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into the prepared pot. Cover the pot. Put thesmaller pot inside the larger one and pour hot water up the side about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way up the side of the inside pot. Put the lid on and set level on the edge of the fire so the water simmers and barely boils. Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or till cakes spring back when touched and a long wooden tooth-pick inserted near the centers comes out clean. Ingredients: All purpose flour or maida - 1 cup Milk - 1 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup Oil - 1/4 cup Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/8 tsp
For frosting : Dark chocolate - 150 g milk - 100 ml Butter - 1/2 tsp
The ingredients: - 45 grams of flour - 30 grams of sugar - 3 tbsp of melted butter - 1 egg. - 100 ml of warm water - three sachets of chocolate powder - and sugar powder (optional)
How to make: 1. Prepare the container for the batter and then pour 3 sachets of chocolate powder with 100 ml of warm water. 2. After a flat mix put 30 gr/2 tbsp of sugar into the container and stir it back 3. Add one egg, stir 4. Put 45 gr of flour, 5. 3 tbsp of melted butter 6. Use the medium fire and steam for about 5-15 minutes. The time is adjusted to the size of the mold. 7. Take the cake out of the mold and make a garnish according to your taste.
#Don't forget! The batter is always mixed properly with each ingredient in it # before pouring the dough into the mold apply the butter first so it doesn't stick and make sure the steamer is hot and ready to be used.
