How To make Scrambled Tofu For Breakfast, Lunch Or Dinner
1/2 lb Firm tofu drained
1/2 Leek that has been cut
Lengthwise, cleaned and Diced 1/4 ts Mustard seeds
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c Water
x Tamari (soy sauce) x Cayenne powder and black Pepper to taste
Heat oil in skillet until hot. Add mustard seeds and when they begin to pop add leek and saute for 2 minutes. Add crumbled tofu and continue sauting for 2 more minutes. Add water, tamari, and spices. Cover and cook until all water is cooked off. Serve with sprouts. I also saute with red pepper, black olives, celery and often throw in a handful of leftover brown rice whenever possible. How to make Tofu Scramble - EASY Vegan breakfast scrambled eggs!
This is a super easy vegan tofu scramble recipe that only takes minutes to make and tastes delicious. Now you can enjoy vegan scrambled eggs for your breakfast... or any time you feel hungry and want something tasty that's quick and easy to make!
This recipe is cholesterol free and great for anyone wanting to eat a whole food plant based diet.

Ingredients:
500g firm tofu (I use organic)
3 tbs nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp white pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried chives
2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 tbs salt reduced tamari
1 tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp black Himalayan black salt (optional but gives an egg flavor)
.... you can also add any other spices, herbs or vegetables that you like eg. mushrooms, onions, garlic, steamed broccoli etc
Top with fresh tomatoes or herbs and serve with crusty bread! YUMBO!!!
