3 tb SOFT BUTTER
1 1/2 ts CREAM
1 t VANILLA
1 oz CHOCOLATE
1 c MARSHMALLOWS, MINIATURE
1/2 c SALTED PEANUTS, OPTIONAL
BLEND SUGAR AND BUTTER. STIR IN CREAM AND VANILLA. ADD CHOCOLATE, MARSHMALLOWS AND NUTS. NOTE: MAKE brOWNIES ACOORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. TOP WITH THE FROSTING

Ingredients
[For the cake]
*Divide the batter into three parts and make three cake sheets.
200 g (1 cup+1 Tbsp) brown sugar( You can replace it with Granulated Sugar. )
200 g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened plus extra for the tins
4 large eggs
200 g (1 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp) all purpose flour
8 Tbsp cocoa powder(56 g)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp milk
[For chocolate buttercream]
300 g(1 1/3 cups ) unsalted butter(softened)
480 g(about 4 cups) icing sugar(shifted)
* If you don't like sweets, reduce it to 3 cups.
*It can be adjusted between 3 cups and 5 cups to suit your taste.
6 Tbsp cocoa powder(shifted)
5~6 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
[For chocolate ganache]
* Ratio 1 : 1
100 g dark chocolate
100 g hot fresh cream (*Whipping cream or heavy cream can be substituted by the same amount.)

How To Make Royal Icing
Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp calamansi juice
Food color (optional)
Procedure
1. Sift powdered sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour egg whites and calamansi juice. The calamansi serve as a stabilizer.
2. Mix the ingredients together using the lowest speed in your hand mixer (no.1).
3. When the powdered sugar is dissolved set your hand mixer speed into no.2.
4. Mix until it becomes smooth and creamy. You’re icing is ready if sharp and pointed peak formed.
5. You can divide your icing into portions to make different colors of icing.
6. Add 1 to 2 drops of food color of your choice into the icing. Mix until the color is evenly distributed.
7. Put colored icing into a piping bag.
8. Pipe different icing cake decorations into parchment paper or toothpick. Create flowers, leaves etc. This icing decorations can be used to decorate cakes, cookies and other pastries.
9. Leave icing decoration for a few hours or until it dries up.

Did you eat enough chocolate over Easter? No? Got loads left over? Want more chocolate?! Well this recipe will help you in your hour of chocolatey need! Use up all that left over Easter chocolate, or simply go out and buy yourself loads of chocolate bars so you can make this bad boy all year round, and your cravings will be satisfied with this no-bake Easter Egg & Chocolate Bar Fridge Cake!
Ingredients
For the crispie base...
60g unsalted butter
140g marshmallows (regular sized pink and white is fine)
pinch of salt
115g Cocoa Pops
For the filthy bit...
335g dark (70%) chocolate, chopped or melting chips
170g unsalted butter
45g golden syrup
160g Digestives broken into small pieces (ideally no bigger than 1.5)
A mixture of easter eggs and chocolate bars weighing 360g*
I used 1 Double Decker/Toffee Crisp, 1 Twix, 1 Crunchie, 50g of broken up easter eggs, a couple of Creme Eggs or Caramel eggs, a handful of small eggs such as Creme Eggs/mini Daim bar eggs/Oreo eggs, etc. a couple of Malteser Bunnies a handful of Cadburys Mini Eggs, a handful of Smarties.
50g white chocolate, melted (optional)
Extra Smarties & Mini Eggs for decoration

For Home Bakers a great Recipe for tea time treat
Recipe Ingredients:
Base
360g digestive biscuits
150g butter / marg
50g glace cherries { Optional }
45g Syrup
225g Chocolate
Topping:
300g choc fudge
300g marshmallows
300g Chocolate
Method:
To make base
1. First melt down the chocolate, butter, syrup in a microwave for about 2 min mix round with spoon
2. Put the digestive biscuits into the bowl with glace cherries { Optional }; you can do this by hand or with a mixer on 1st speed, roughly break down the digestive biscuits with glace cherries
3. Add in the microwave mixture into the bowl with digestive biscuits with glace cherries, mix round for about 2 min
4. Scrape down and put on to lined tray, press out and then roll with a rolling pin
5. Put into Fridge
Topping:
6. Remove from the fridge, then spread over with 300g of warmed chocolate fudge, then add over the top 300g of coloured marshmallows, let this set
7. Add over the top warmed up chocolate, then put into fridge
8. Remove from fridge and cut up into 20 slices
Well done bakers, you can now have a cup of tea
