How To make Rocky Road Refrigerator Cake
1 pk Fudge brownie mix (21.5 oz)
1 1/2 ts Instant coffee powder
1 1/2 ts Rum extract
2/3 c Walnuts; chopped
1 c Heavy cream
2 ts Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 ts Powdered sugar
Salt, a dash 1 c Miniature marshmallows
Recipe by: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil. Grease foil. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in coffee powder, 1 teaspoon rum extract, and 1/3 cup nuts. Turn batter into prepared baking pan. Bake according to package directions, 25-28 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Let cool completely. To prepare rocky road filling and topping: In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed beat cream to soft peaks. Beat in cocoa, powdered sugar, and salt until well mixed. Fold in remaining 1/3 cup nuts, remaining 1/2 teaspoon rum extract, and marshmallows. o assemble cake, cut brownie square into 3 equal strips. Stack strips together with rocky road filling in between and on top. Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld. To serve, cut into 3/4-to 1-inch slices. -----

¾ cup cold water
1 250ml nestle all-purpose cream, chilled
¼ – ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. salt
Layer:
1 pack 200g chocolate graham
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate covered Almonds (dark and white)
1/3 cups cashews roughly chopped
A handful of chocolate sprinkles or choco chips to decorate on top
A drizzle of chocolate syrup to serve (optional)

Super Chocolate cake covered with Marshmallows, wallnuts,
chocolate chips and melted chocolate.
Ingridients
For the Cake:
210 grams cake flour
6 grams baking soda
2 grams baking powder
1/2 cup veg. oil
100 grams brown sugar
100 grams white sugar
3 tbsp coffee melted to 45 ml hot water
1/2 tsp.vanilla powder / 1 tsp vanilla extract
250 ml buttermilk
4 eggs
100 grams cocoa powder
for the Ganache:
150 grams chocolate semi sweet
125 ml cream
100 grams walnuts(nuts of your choice)toasted
50 grams marshmallows
For Buttercream
50 grams semi sweet chocolate
250 grams butter (room temp. 30 minutes before starting the butter cream)
35 grams cocoa powder
100 grams powdered sugar
