4 Ingredients to Enhance Canned Refried Beans (How to make canned refried beans taste better)!
Refried Beans
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans refried beans
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 tsp taco seasoning
1 Tbsp taco sauce
1/3 cup water (optional)
1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions:
1.) Place the refried beans into a pot and heat over medium heat.
2.) Add onions, taco seasoning, taco sauce and water and mix together.
3.) Cover and let simmer until slightly bubbling (about 3-5 minutes)
4.) Stir in the cheese, remove from heat and enjoy!
***Note: Add 1/3 cup water if you like your beans a little runny.

Then slow cook for 2 hours

These beans are sure to please, they are so easy to make and can be used different ways, tostadas, enfrijoladas, burritos or perfect as a side to almost any dish, I love them in a flour tortilla with some delicious salsa, just like my mom did, I hope you like my video, thank you.❤
INGREDIENTS
3 C. dried pinto beans
1/4 C. chopped onions
1/2 small onion
2 thick cuts bacon strips (chopped)
3 medium garlic cloves
3/4 tsp tomato bouillon w/chicken flavor
salt to your liking
3 Tbsp bacon grease
•Clean your beans of rocks, debris and bad and broken beans
• rinse very well
• put your clean beans in a pot of choice and cover with water and bring to a light boil, then remove from heat and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes
• discard water and refill pot with clean water, atleast 3 inches above beans (better more than not enough)
• add half onion, garlic and bacon and cook beans on medium/low boil (add desired amount salt after 30 minutes of cooking)
• cook until tender (beans should be soft and creamy when squashed between 2 fingers)
• remove from heat when fully cooked.
REFRIED BEANS
Melt 3 Tbsp bacon grease in desired skillet.add chopped onions (optional) until translucent, then with a slotted spoon add your beans, while on a low sizzle, mix 3/4 tsp tomato bouillon with chicken flavor in 1/2 cup of bean soup and add to sizzling beans, mash well with mashed and stir, your beans are ready, enjoy.❤
