Tomatoes poppy seed baguettes French pastry recipe #3 地中海風法棍麵包
Tomatoes poppy seed baguettes, a French recipe with a Mediterranean twist. Even a simple bread can be so romantic. The use of sun dried tomatoes and poppy seed make them quite unique. If you get the temperature right, the bread is super crispy on the outside and extremely soft on the inside.
You can make a perfect bruschetta or bruschetta with them.

Polish Poppy Seed Rolls - Food Wishes
Traditionally, a Polish Poppy Seed Roll is rolled, baked in a loaf, glazed, and then sliced, but here we’re using those same ingredients to create individual rolls, which ended up being as unusual, as they were deliciously addictive. Speaking of which, do not make these before a drug test. You’ve been warned. Enjoy!

Braided French bread
This is the easiest bread I have bread so far. Unfortunately, my video did not work. I have to take a video next time I bake this.
Ingredients:
Dough: flour - 4 to 5 cups salt - 3 tsp sugar - 1 tbsp yeast - 2.5 tsp water - 2 cups sesame/poppy seeds as desired
Eggwash: egg white - 1 water - 1 tbsp
Procedure: Warm 2 cups of water. Add the yeast and sugar and leave for 5 mins to proof.
Mix flour and salt then add the yeast mixture after proofing. Knead or mix using the electric mixer until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in greased bowl and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Punch down dough several times to remove air. Divide the dough into 2 parts then divide each part into 3. Roll each part into at least 12-14 inch rope for braiding. Braid 3 ropes together and seal each ends.
Make an egg wash by combining the egg white and tbsp of water. Brush over the braided dough. Sprinkle with sesame/poppy seeds. Let rise until doubled in size or at least 20-30 mins.
Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 mins or until golden brown.
Note:
You can bake with bain-marie for softer braided french bread.
