How To make Pet Milk Coffee Cake
3 c Unbleached Flour
2 c Sugar
3 ts Baking Powder
Pinch Of Salt 1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Regular Margarine
2 lg Eggs, Well Beaten
12 oz Pet Milk (1 Can)
1 ts Vanilla Extract
TOPPING:
1/2 c Cake Crumbs From The Cake
Recipe 1/2 c Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
2 ts Cinnamon
Sift the dry ingredients togher into a bowl. Add the margarine and butter then beat with an electric mixer ot make crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumbs for the topping. Add the milk, eggs and vanilla extract to the remaining crumbs and blend well. Make the topping. Grease a bundt pan well and put about 1/3 of the topping in the pan spreading evenly over the bottom. Add 1/3 of the batter and spread evenly over the topping. Add all of the remaining topping except 2 Tbls of the topping to the top of the batter. Top with the reamining batter spreading evenly. Top with the 2 Tbls of topping sprinkling evenly over the top of the cake. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 45 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. Coffee Crepe Cake Recipe
This delectable crepe cake made with Robert Timms Espresso Granulated Coffee is the perfect way to get a little more coffee in your day.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups hot water
1 tbsp Robert Timms Espresso Granulated Coffee
2 ½ cups of plain flour
½ cup of cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
6 eggs
1 ½ cups of milk
1 stick of butter
4 cups of cream
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare 2 cups of hot water and combine with 1 tbsp of Robert Timms Espresso Granulated Coffee. Set aside.
2. Next sieve 2 ½ cups of plain flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk and combine together.
3. Add in 6 eggs, 1 ½ cups of milk, and two cups of coffee until combined. Then, add in melted butter.
4. Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat, and coat with butter.
5. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, and turn the crepe spreader in circular motions for the batter to be even.
6. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
7. Repeat steps using the rest of the batter and add extra butter if needed. This recipe makes approximately 25 crepes.
8. Whip 4 cups of cream until thick, and peaks form.
9. Place a crepe on a plate and spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top.
10. Repeat until all the crepes have been used up. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and top with chocolate shavings.
11. Refrigerate for 2 hours, and enjoy!

OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE (Southern Living Our Best Quick & Easy Recipes, 1996)
Cake Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup butter, melted (11 tablespoons)
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, room temperature
Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed with an electric mixture until moistened; beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours.
Combine topping ingredients and cover until ready to bake the coffee cake.
Sprinkle batter with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.

RECIPE:
1 ¾ cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ tsp vanilla
2 TBSP melted butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
-Stir together 1st group of dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add 2nd group of wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9 square or round pan. Mix melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake in a preheated oven on 375F for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm.
