How To make Penne Pasta with Tuna
1 cn (7 oz) tuna; drained
-- optional 1/2 c Walnuts
1 Lemon's rind
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Chopped parsley
4 Fresh basil leaves
1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 lb Penne pasta
Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings. 2 Cans Tuna Flakes
1 Piece White Onion
82.5 grams Cheese
3 Cloves Garlic
300 grams Penne Pasta
1 Can / 155 grams Mushrooms
185 ml Evaporated Milk
1 Pack All Purpose Cream
1.5 - 2 Liters Water (for Pasta)
1 Tbsp Salt (for Pasta)
25 grams Margarine

serves 4
500g dried penne pasta (or other pasta shapes)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 courgette, diced
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
200g can sweetcorn, drained
2 x 160g cans tuna in spring water or brine, drained
4 spring onions, sliced
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain well.
Meanwhile, place a large non-stick saucepan over a medium heat and add the onion, courgette and 3 tbsp water. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato purée tuna and sweetcorn and bring to the boil.
Add the cooked drained pasta and spring onions. Season to taste and serve with lots of salad.

Hey foodies, today I made a quick tuna pasta salad! You can literally make it in under 15 minutes, perfect for work! :) Quick and easy lunch meals are important especially if there’s no left overs from the night before.
Here’s what you’ll need(serves 4/5):
2 tins of tuna
2 cups mayonnaise (gradually add more if you need to)
1/3 cucumber
1 cup lettuce
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon / 1/3 fresh lemon juice
2 cups boiled pasta
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt (to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Chilli Tuna Pasta Bake using Penne Pasta / Canned Tuna Recipe -Pasta Pizza Recipe Series
If I ever crave for pasta but doesn't want chicken or beef in it, this is my go-to recipe, my chilli tuna pasta bake and I always use penne pasta for this. This is another good and easy canned tuna recipe that you should try. By the way, this is the first recipe for my Pasta Pizza Recipe Series.
Note:
If you don't want it spicy, then just omit the chilli and if you don't have oven, you can skip the baking part as well. This recipe is good as is, baked or not baked.
Ingredients:
500 gr Penne Pasta, cooked according to package instruction
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red chilli or more for spicier recipe
1/2 red capsicum
1 jar or 500 mls of Pasta Sauce
300 ml. cream
400 gr. Tuna, drained
Basil, chopped if using fresh ones
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cheese of your preference for topping
