How To make Pasta Casserole/Cp
1 pound Ground beef
1 small Onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/4 cups Hot water
2 teaspoons Beef bouillon
2 tablespoons Red wine
1 Large shell-shaped macaroni
(6 ounces)
1 can sliced mushrooms :
(2 oz.)
Drained 1 cup Sour cream
In skillet brown the chopped beef and onion. Drain; place in crockpot. Stir in salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and flour. Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. In meantime, cook macaroni per package directions. Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream to crockpot; stir to mix. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes. From Crockery Cookery by Mable Hoffman.

Pasta e Ceci: The Most Delicious and Satisfying Chickpea and Pasta Dish Ever!
Pasta with chickpeas also known in Italian as Pasta e Ceci, is a hearty meatless pasta stew that will keep you satisfied. A simple one pot meal comfort food that’s made under 30 minutes with basic ingredients. The sauce is creamy and made without cream by blending some of the chickpeas. Simply add more or less water depending how thick you like it. This recipe is heavy on tomato however some prefer less, so you chose to your liking. You could add your own touches such as chili, anchovies, olives etc. Use a good extra virgin olive oil and be generous. You can also use the thick liquid from the chickpea cans if you prefer a thicker coating. A great healthy quick meal when you want comfort food. Why not serve it with crusty toasted bread. Enjoy Pasta with chickpeas or Pasta e Ceci.

Pasta Carbonara Recipe (with the Whatever Pan) | Italian Recipe | Best Cookware
Ingredients
• 100g pancetta
• 50g pecorino cheese
• 50g parmesan
• 3 large eggs yolks
• 350g spaghetti
• 50g unsalted butter
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
Method
• Put a large saucepan of water on to boil.
• Finely chop the pancetta, finely grate the pecorino cheese and parmesan and mix them together.
• While the spaghetti is cooking, fry the pancetta. Drop unsalted butter into your Whatever Pan and, as soon as the butter has melted, tip in the pancetta.
• Leave to cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the pancetta is golden and crisp.
• Keep the heat under the pancetta on low. When the pasta is ready, put it in the Whatever Pan with the pancetta. Don’t worry if a little water drops in the pan as well (you want this to happen) and don’t throw the pasta water away yet.
• Beat the 3 large egg yolks in a medium bowl and add the parmesan and pecorino cheese (keeping a small handful back for sprinkling over later).
• Take the pan of spaghetti and pancetta off the heat. Now quickly pour in the eggs and cheese. Using the tongs or a long fork, lift up the spaghetti so it mixes easily with the egg mixture, which thickens but doesn’t scramble, and everything is coated.
• Add extra pasta cooking water to keep it saucy (several tablespoons should do it). You don’t want it wet, just moist.
• Season with pepper and enjoy!
