How To make Orange Apple Pancakes
2 c Bisquick
1 1/2 c Water
or milk
2 tb Orange peel :
grated
1 t Cinnamon
1 Apple -- cored and cut into
-thin wedges 1 tb Butter
3/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Pecans -- coarsely chopped
Combine bisquick, water, orange peel and cinnamon in bowl. Stir until fairly smooth. In skillet, cook apple wedges in butter until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and syrup. Heat through and keep warm. For each pancake, use 1/4 c batter. When done, top with warm syrup mixture.

Ingredients Required to Make Orange Pancakes
4 Orange Slices
1 1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1 cup Maida
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 drops Orange Emulsion
Butter
Orange Syrup
Method to Make Orange Pancakes -
1. In a pan, pour water and add sugar to it.
2. Place the orange slices in the water and boil it for 5-10 mins.
3. In a bowl, crack an egg, add salt, milk, melted butter and maida to it.
4. Mix it well till it becomes a smooth mixture.
5. Add 2 drops of orange emulsion in the mixture.
6. In a pan, put some butter and pour the batter.
7. Flip it when one side cooks properly.
8. When cooked, place it on a plate.
9. Pour orange syrup on top and serve.

Healthy Banana Pancakes that are only a few ingredients, dairy-free and gluten-free too. They are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. I am sure you have been seeing me enjoy them on my stories so I wanted to make a recipe video for you all. I nailed this version out of the few I tried and personally liked it the most. This recipe makes 7 mini pancakes or one portion so feel free to double or triple it. You will need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 ripe banana
1 large egg
pinch of salt
dash of pure vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
1/3 cup oat flour — see notes below
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note: If you don’t have oat flour you can simply add some rolled oats to a blender and blend until you get a flower like consistency. I did use rolled oats the other day and I personally like this texture way more as it’s definitely more fluffy and less mushy.

In a bowl mix the first four ingredients and make sure your banana is nice and mashed. Add the oat flour and incorporate until you have a thick batter. In a pan on medium heat add some cooking spray and let it heat up a bit. I made mini pancakes because the smaller they are the better they will cook. Cook them on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Enjoy with any toppings you love and follow for more.

- 1 Egg
- 15g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 30g (2 tbsp) Yogurt (I used greek yogurt)
- 25g (3 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
Makes 4, 4 inch Pancakes. Each Pancake is roughly 50 calories.
Serve with 0 calorie Syrup or Maple Syrup.

Shredded apple gives these light fluffy pancakes some incredible flavour! You really should try this apple pancake recipe this weekend.
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) milk
2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder
1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar
2 medium apples, peeled and coarsely grated
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
Butter for frying (or vegetable oil)
Confectioner’s sugar for topping
Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla in a bowl.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet, then blend in the grated apples.
Heat a thumb sized piece of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Drop 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and flatten it out a little.
Cook until golden brown underneath, then flip and cook for an additional two to three minutes.
Top with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Alternatively keep on a rack in a 200ºF (100ºC) oven until you have enough ready to serve.
