How To make Oatmeal Pancakes (Rice)
2 Eggs
1/2 c Cottage cheese
1 tb Oil
1 c + 2 tablespoons uncooked
-oatmeal, or half oatmeal -and half wheat germ 1/8 ts Salt
Surprisingly, these particular pancakes taste much better with fruit than with syrup. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend 5-6 seconds. Drop by tablespoons into hot greased frying pan. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear on surface and cook 1 minute more. Serve with ham, fruit preserves, fresh berries or other fruit. Makes four 4-inch pancakes. Nutrients: calories 229, protein 14.5 grams, fat 14.8 grams, cholesterol 221 mg, fiber 1.1 grams, sodium 408 mg. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2/3 – 3/4 cup rolled oats
2/3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1-2 tsp coconut oil or other oil for cooking
Maple syrup to serve (optional)
Method:
1. Place rolled oats in a food processor and process to flour.
2. In a large bowl, mash bananas, add eggs, beat until smooth mixture. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, oatmeal flour and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
3. Heat skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour batter into the skillet and cook 1-2 min. flip the pancake and cook 1-2 min more.
4. Drizzle with maple syrup.

If you have 1 cup of oats and 2 eggs, make this 5 minutes recipe for breakfast
If you have 1 cups of oat and 2 eggs, make this 5 minutes recipe for breakfast
Ingredients and recipe:
Add 1cup quick oats to a bowl
Add in 1 cup milk too
Soak 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Mix well
Salt and black pepper
Pour in 1tbsp olive oil
Mix well
Add in 30g mozzarella cheese
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of parsley
Mix well
Pour some vegetable oil in a pan
Pour the oat mixture in a pan
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
After 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!

Rice Porridge Pancakes
Easy recipe for delicious pancakes with rice pudding
These pancakes made with rice porridge are a delicious and filling way to use up leftovers! Enjoy for breakfast and serve with jam, or any other topping you prefer!
INGREDIENTS
350 g rice porridge
2 eggs
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl.
Heat a pan with some oil.
Make small patties on the pan.
Let them fry for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with jam and almond flakes.
Enjoy!
