How to Make Oat Milk | Homemade Oat Milk Recipe
Oat milk can be a good substitute for cow's milk. It’s healthy, low fat, dairy free and vegan. All you need is a blender, rolled oats, water and 2 minutes of work. The result is silky smooth and healthy milk that is good for coffee, tea, smoothies, porridge and other recipes. So follow this recipe to learn how to make the best homemade oat milk.

Ingredients:
1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
4 cups (1 liter) cold water
Optional:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
1. Place the oats the blender or food processor, add water and vanilla extract. Blend at the highest speed for 30-60 seconds, until looks smooth and creamy.
2. Strain the oat milk through a nut-milk bag or cheesecloth, squeezing well to extract the extra liquid.
3. Pour the milk into an airtight container.
Notes:
• Can be stored in the fridge up to 5-6 days.
• Shake well before use!
• This recipe is gluten-free as long as you use gluten-free rolled oats.

Quick & Easy ..Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients :
1/2 L Fresh Milk
1 cup Whole Oats (One cup is 150 ml.)
2-3 Tea spoon Honey or to taste
Dried fruit (optional)
4-5 Almonds chopped
3-4Cashews chopped
4-5 Pistachio Chopped
8-10 Raisins
Cooking Process:
... Put milk into a pan and cook it on high flame until it comes to a boil .
...Add Whole Oats into it and cook it on medium flame.
... keep stirring continuously so that it doesn't stick to the base of pan .
... Slowly the mixture will start to thicken.
...After 10-15 mins Oats will become soft and tender.
... Now add Chopped dried fruit into it and mix well for one mins.
... Switched Off the flame
... Dish it out and garnish with chopped nuts.
...Add honey for sweet taste (Honey is a healthy option for sweetness)
...Milk Oats is Ready to Serve .

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 1 cup rolled oats, 4 cups water, 1 enzyme capsule, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to blender and blend for 20-30 seconds.
2. Heat in pot to 145 F (63 C) and let sit for 15 minute while stirring regularly (Optional flash boil at end to deactivate enzymes).
3. Strain contents in nut milk bag or 4-6 layers of cheesecloth AND DRINK!
4. BARISTA ONLY: Place contents back in blender. Slowly add lecithin, oil, xanthan gum, and baking powder while blending on low (Dividing batch into 2 may be necessary for mixing depending on blender size).

- 1 CUP ROLLED OATS

- 1 DIGESTIVE ENZYME PILL (~8,000 DU OF AMYLASE)
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
BARISTA EXPANSION PACK:

- 1 g or 0.5 TSP XANTHAN GUM
- 23 g or 1.75 TBSP OIL
- 1/8 TSP BAKING POWDER
