How To make Noodle Cheese and Vegetable Casserole
8 oz Noodles,egg,medium(4cups)
1 tb Salt
3 qt Water,boiling
1 cn Yogurt,plain(8oz)
1 cn Cottage cheese,creamed(8oz)
1 pk Green beans,frozen(10oz)
1/2 c Onion,minced
1 c Cheddar cheese,shredded
1. Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water
continues to boil.~ 2. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender; drain in colander.~ 3. While noodles are cooking, combine yogurt and cottage cheese.~ 4. In a 2-quart round baking dish, combine noodles, yogurt mixture, beans and onion.~ 5. Top with Cheddar cheese.~ 6. Bake in preheated 400'F. oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browned.~

Vegetable Pasta Bake (Vegetarian Pasta Recipe)
Vegetable pasta bake! This is perfect comfort food that is packed full of veggies and topped with cheese. It is a family favourite; filling, healthy and delicious. Serve it with some homemade garlic bread for a perfect heaven weeknight experience.
Make this a vegan cheese by using vegan cheese and substituting the Worcestershire sauce for coconut sugar.

Ingredients
350g pasta
800g chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup onions
2 Bell peppers
1 zucchini
400g butter beans drained
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Avocado oil
½ tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Chilli pepper: a substitute for dried red pepper flakes
½ tbsp garlic granules
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup of pasta water

Cheesy Broccoli Noodle Casserole | Knorr Pasta Sides
2 packs of cheddar broccoli Knorr pasta sides
3 cups water
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 bag frozen broccoli (12 oz.)
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (about 1 medium chicken breast)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Boil water, milk, and margarine. Add Knorr pasta packets. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir in Velveeta cheese until melted.
Cook and shred chicken
Steam broccoli in microwave according to directions on the back of the bag.
Chop.
Stir in chicken and broccoli.
Add to greased baking dish. I used an 8x11.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Season with pepper. Bake at 350° 15-20 minutes.

2 cups cooked basmati rice
4 cups broccoli
3-4 tbsps butter
1 diced onion
1 tsp roasted garlic base
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsps flour
2 cups half and half or heavy cream
2 tbsps sour cream

1 cup monterey jack cheese
celery salt, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning
1.5 cups colby jack cheese

Cheesy Broccoli Pasta Casserole | With Turkey, chicken or Ham
This cheesy broccoli casserole dish is comfort food at it's best, it has tender broccoli, carrots and turkey in a creamy homemade white sauce, it's a hearty entree. This is a perfect casserole dish to prepare when having family or friends over during the holiday season or anytime of the year. You can replace the cubed turkey with chicken or ham, and the best part is that you can make it all in one dish. A nice salad is a perfect side dish. Young and old will love this casserole during the holidays or anytime of the year.
INGREDIENTS----------------
12 OZ. Rigotoni (uncooked) or other big pasta
3 large garlic cloves (minced)
5 Tbsp butter
1/2 large Shallot (finely diced)
2 thin carrots (sliced 1/4 inch thick
6 Tbsp All purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt (for pasta water)
1/2 tsp salt for sauce(you decide)
1/2 tsp Season•All seasoned salt (for turkey)
3 &1/2 C. whole milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 head broccoli (florets only)
2 & 1/2 C. freshly grated mozzarella cheese
3 C. cubed turkey, chicken or ham (optional)
