How To make Cottage Cheese Vegetable Casserole
1 c Thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 tb Reduced calorie margarine
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package noodles,
-cooked and drained 2 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Skim milk
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Basil
1/4 ts Thyme
1/8 ts Pepper
Parsley sprigs (opt.) Yield 12 servings - 1/2 C ea. Each serving may be exchanged for: 1 Bread, 1 Low-Fat Meat Combine carrots, onion and margarine in non-stick skillet; cook on medium heat until tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes; set aside Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley, in large bowl; stir in cooked vegetables. Turn mixture into nonstick 2 Qt. casserole. Cottage cheese casserole!
- cottage cheese 5% 600g.
- 3 eggs
- sugar 100g.
- vanilla extract 1/2 tsp or vanilla
- sour cream 20% 120g.
- semolina 4 tbsp.
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp.
- dried raisins + cherry 100g.
- large banana 1 pc.

A scrumptious cheesy dish perfect for a filling dinner.
VEGETABLE CHEESY BAKE
Ingredients
12-15 French beans, finely chopped
2 medium carrots, finely chopped
2 large potatoes cut into batons
green peas
8-10 fresh button mushrooms, chopped
3 teaspoons butter
1 large onion,
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 cups White Sauce
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped garlic 1 tbsp, saute and add the 2 medium onion chopped and sauté on medium heat till translucent.
3. Add 1 medium potato, chopped. soaked, 1 carrot chopped. mix well.
4. Add 1 tbsp broccoli florets, green peas, French beans chopped the tomatoes and sauté for one minute. Add the French beans, carrots, potatoes, capsicums and mushrooms chopped and sauté for three to four minutes.
5. Add the salt, white pepper powder and mix well. Add 3 sprig of thyme. mix well.
6. Beat and add ½ cup cheese sauce. mix well. Add 2 tbsps corn kernels. mix well.
7. Add 1 cup cheese grated. Switch off heat.
8. Transfer the mixture into an oven-proof dish and sad breadcrumbs ½ cup, sprinkle ½ cup processed cheese on top. grate and add ¼ cup cheddar cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or till the cheese turns golden brown.
10. Serve hot with bread.

Ofengemüse ist eine sehr gesunde und leichte Mahlzeit. Kochen Sie also Gemüse und ein köstliches Abendessen wird Sie begeistern. Ein aromatisches und leckeres Abendessen Rezept für die ganze Familie. Ich habe Brokkoli mit Blumenkohl noch nie so lecker gegessen. Das Rezept für einen leckeren Auflauf.
Kochrezept und Zutaten:
Brokkoli mittelgroß.
Blumenkohl 400gr.
1 Teelöffel salzen.
2 Esslöffel Milch.
Aufkochen und 2 Minuten kochen lassen.
1 Zwiebel.
Sonnenblumenöl.
Die Zwiebeln goldbraun braten.
Mischen.
Paprika 130gr.
Sonnenblumenöl.
Mischen.
Fügen Sie den Bogen hinzu.
Paprika hinzufügen.
Tomate 2.
3 Eier.
1 Teelöffel salzen.
Mischen.
Sonnenblumenöl 5 Esslöffel.
Mehl 130gr.
Gut mischen.
Milch 400ml.
Den zweiten Teil der Milch hinzufügen.
Dill und Petersilie.
Mischen.
Käse 150gr.

Vegetarian CASSEROLE with Cottage Cheese - Запеканка с овощами
A very nice all-in-one meal.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms 100-150 g
Green Pepper, Cubed
Garlic gloves 3-4
Zucchini
Spinach
Eggs 2
Cottage Cheese
Cooking Spray
Slat and Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Use a springform pan. Don't forget to line foil and spay with cooking spray
- Fry all vegetables
- Mix cottage cheese with 2 eggs
- Add fried Vegetables
- Bake for 45-50 min
