Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts
2 to 2 1/2 cups crushed Nilla Wafers®
3 tablespoons corn syrup
1/3 cup rum
1 cup powdered sugar
Combine the melted chocolate, sugar, walnuts, Nilla Wafers®, corn syrup, vanilla and rum in a large bowl.
Combine well till all ingredients are incorporated well. Add more wafer crumbs if you need.
Use a tablespoon cookie scoop and and make 1 inch balls. Make sure you roll balls tight to stick together.
Roll in powdered sugar and place on a decorative dish to serve.

This rum balls recipe is so easy you can mix up a batch in under an hour and make ahead before Christmas. They use condensed milk and crushed biscuits with cocoa powder, coconut and the rum of your choice.
This easy rum balls recipe is the same one I grew up with here in Australia that mum would make when we were kids. You can easily adapt them to be kid-friendly rum balls by leaving out the rum!
Plus they freeze perfectly so make them up to a month before Christmas so there is one less thing on your to-do list!

No Bake Rum Balls Recipe

Ingredients
• 250gGraham crackers
• 50g Powdered Sugar
• 20g Cocoa Powder
• 130g Roasted Pecans
• 5ml Vanilla Extract
• 50g Corn Syrup
• 80g Rum
instructions
Step 1 Preparation
1. Place the pecans on a baking sheet
2. Bake at 325 °F for 25 minutes (Optional)
3. When they are cooled, chop them into pieces
4. In a plastic bag, place the graham crackers
5. Use a rolling pin to crush them
6. Weigh the rest of the ingredients (Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract, Corn Syrup, and Rum ). It will be easier to do the recipe.
Step 2 Making the balls
1. In a bowl, place the crushed crackers, the powdered sugar, the cocoa powder, the pecan pieces, the vanilla extract, the corn syrup, and the rum ( Add everything you prepared)
2. Mix until everything appears to be well combined.
3. Form two tablespoons of batter into balls
Step 3 The Toppings
1. Roll them in the topping of your choice ( powdered sugar, cocoa powder, candies, coconut )
2. Enjoy them
3. keep the rum balls in the fridge for several days for even more flavors!
