How To make No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
1/2 c Dates, chopped
1/2 c Raisins, chopped
1 c Walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 c Molasses
1 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Orange juice
1/2 c Shredded coconut
Combine dates, raisins & nuts in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the molasses. Add peanut butter, stirring until well combined. Stir in 2 tb of the orange juice.
Add enough of the remaining orange juice to form a moist mixture that can be formed into balls. Roll into 1/2" balls & roll each ball into the shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.

These peanut butter balls are reminiscent of classic school lunchroom treats. This no bake dessert is made with just three ingredients and are so easy to make. This small batch recipe yields the perfect amount for one or two people.

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cups dry powdered milk
✴️ Instructions
1) Mix the peanut butter, honey and dry milk together in a bowl with a hand mixer.
2) Form into balls with your hands or a small cookie scoop and place on waxed paper.
3) Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy.
