How To make No Bake Rum Raisin Balls
1/3 c Dark rum
1/3 c Rolled oats
2 c Powdered sugar
3 tb Cocoa powder; unsweetened
2/3 c Walnuts, toasted; chopped
2/3 c Raisins; golden
2/3 c Coconut; shredded
1/4 ts Nutmeg; ground
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Butter, melted; cooled
3 tb Sugar
DESCRIPTION: These fruity, spiced rum balls mellow with age. Combine rum and oats; cover and set aside one hour. Add all remaining ingredients except granulated sugar. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in sugar, coating generously. Store in airtight container 24 hours before serving. Store airtight at room temp 10 days, freeze for 3 months. -----

Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts
2 to 2 1/2 cups crushed Nilla Wafers®
3 tablespoons corn syrup
1/3 cup rum
1 cup powdered sugar
Combine the melted chocolate, sugar, walnuts, Nilla Wafers®, corn syrup, vanilla and rum in a large bowl.
Combine well till all ingredients are incorporated well. Add more wafer crumbs if you need.
Use a tablespoon cookie scoop and and make 1 inch balls. Make sure you roll balls tight to stick together.
Roll in powdered sugar and place on a decorative dish to serve.

Everyone loves a boozy, festive, #NoBake dessert for #Christmas! So here is a great Christmas dessert idea that would also make for great edible gift- Rum Balls!
It’s a very simple and quick dessert which would instantly make you feel festive and Christmassy.
Recipe notes-
1) use any left over cake crumbs. I used a chocolate cake. Store bought cake can also be crumbled and used
2) use any dry fruits you like or even dried cranberries or raisins
3) if you want to skip rum, you could add orange juice instead and make it into chocolate #cakepops
4) sift your powdered sugar before adding it in to avoid any lumps

Rum Raisin Milk Chocolate Truffles
Happy New Year to all! (I know I am late but it is still the first week of 2018 ;) And to start off this year on a high note, I thought I'd share with you these simple to make Rum Raisin Milk Chocolate Truffles recipe. You can skip the rum if you want to, but you just get a hint of the rum in the raisins and it makes these a bit more exquisite. And the sweetness of the milk chocolate balances it perfectly. They are super quick to make and easy to store (not like they last long though ;) So worth making them and sharing them with the ones you love (Or eat them by yourself because you're special too ;) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
*2 tbsp raisins
*1 tbsp black rum (optional)
*170 g milk chocolate, chopped
*1 tbsp butter
*3 tbsp fresh cream
*cocoa powder, as required

Welcome to my Channel.
Ingredients:
250 gm Chocolate Sponge cake
3 Tbsp Fruit Peels + Raisin + truity fruity soaked in rum for a week (Can use peels soaked for Christmas plum cake) If you do not have peels and want to avoid it totally, just add nuts and 1/2 Tsp Rum Essence for Pure Rum
2 Tbsp Nuts of your choice (I used Cashew Nuts and Almonds)
1 Tbsp Honey
150 Gms Dark Chocolate
Sprinkles/ Fondant decoration of your choice
White chocolate for drizzle
You can substitute Christmas plum/fruit cake with the chocolate cake and skip the soaked peels and raisins
Remain good for 5 to 7 days outside in a cool place, if you need for more days keep in fridge
