Seafood Stuffed Lobster Tail Recipe:
3-4 small / medium lobster tails
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp parsley fresh/dried
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp cedar plank salmon seasoning
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Crab Stuffing / Filling
8oz crabmeat (lump, claw, etc.)
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp cedar plank salmon seasoning
Add bread crumbs as needed
4 Jumbo Shrimp (add and cut as desired)
lemon wedges sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Prebake lobster tail for 4 mins
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the lobster tail is opaque or reaches an internal temp of 145F

Crab Imperial, Chef Frank shows you how to make this old school Maryland classic.
INGREDIENTS....makes 3 servings
1lb. Blue crabmeat
1 1/2 cups mayo
1 tsp celery salt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Recipe
1. Drain crabmeat but gently squeezing out all excess liquid.
2. In large bowl combine mayo, celery salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper.
3. Place crabmeat and parsley in a separate large bowl.
4. Start by adding 2/3 cup imperial mix to crab and parsley. Add enough imperial mix to coat the crabmeat. This mixture should be wet but not soupy.
5. Put crab imperial in casserole dish. DO NOT pack tightly.
6. Cover your crab imperial with moderate layer of the remaining imperial sauce.
7. Sprinkle with paprika.
8. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

12oz Spinach, thawed
8oz lump crab
8oz cream cheese, soften
1 - 1 1/2 Tbs Cajun season/ garlic powder/ onion powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
cheese + extra, topping

Spinach Crab Stuffed Salmon And Shrimp Recipe
2 -4 pc. salmon
8-10 pc jumbo shrimp
4-8 oz crabmeat 1 small container
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tsp cedarwood smoked salmon seasoning
2 tbsp butter
lemons/lemon juice
Season salmon with oil, garlic, onion powder, old bay, cajun, seafood, and cedarwood smoked seafood seasoning. Place a slit in the salmon.
Season the shrimp with oil, garlic, onion, powder, old bay, cajun, seafood, and cedarwood seasoning and combine.
Add cream cheese, spinach, and strained crabmeat to a bowl and combine. Season with garlic powder, old bay, seafood, and, cedarwood smoked seafood seasoning.
Stuff the salmon with the crab meat, and top with seasoned shrimp.
Bake at 350F for 17-20 minutes.
Add and baste with butter. Drizzle with lemon.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Carton Heavy Whipping Cream
Bag of Spinach
1 Pack Raw Shrimp
1 Can Claw crab meat
1 Pack Cream Cheese
Butter
Minced Garlic
2 Packs Tortilla bread
Green onions
Shrimp-
1 TSP- Old Bay, Garlic Powder, Tony’s Creole,
1/2 TSP- Paprika, Parsley
Crab Meat-
1 TSP- Old Bay, Garlic Powder, Tony’s Creole,
1/2 TSP- Paprika
Creamy Sauce-
1 TSP- Old Bay, Garlic Powder, Tony’s Creole, Parsley, Minced Garlic
1 Pack Spinach,
1/2 TSP- Paprika
1 Pack Cream Cheese
