This is one of my favorite make ahead breakfast that I make on weekends. Tasty, luscious, and it's easy to add in your favorite ingredients to make it your own version.
The ingredients I used in this recipe are:
10 eggs 1 chopped bell pepper 1/2 chopped onion 1 bag of spinach washed and chopped 3/4 cup of shredded cheese 2 tbsp of oil Salt and pepper

For the full recipe: Ingredients 3 ( 10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1 1 ( 8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 ( 14 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 container french fried onions, divided INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Thaw and drain spinach according to package directions. Mix spinach with softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of french fried onions together in a greased 9-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Top with the remaining french fried onions. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
