Cheese of Choice (I Used American Cheddar)

Notes -
Kranskies are derived from the Slovenian words Kranjska Klobasa, which is the name for a pork sausage from Kranjska. They're made from pork, beef and garlic and in this case, cheese.
You can use any sausage you prefer but if you choose a raw product, it will need to be cooked prior to placing it in the bun. If so, pan fry, air fry or bake in the oven until cooked through and follow the recipe as per instructions. For the best flavour results, I highly recommend a cured and/or smoked sausage.
You can use whichever cheese you like. I opted for American cheddar to give it a little authenticity but mozzarella, Monterey Jack and regular cheddar cheese work perfectly well too.
This recipe can be made gluten-free ensuring you use GF-friendly sausages and buns.
