Liver is a CHOPPED style cooking video created based on an idea developed in the minds of Matt Greminger and Lori Cahan-Simon.

Fabulous Chopped Salad!
Here's the recipe from Chloe's Kitchen (Chloe Coscarelli). I have modified it by removing all oil.
California Chipotle Chop Salad with Agave-Lime Vinaigrette from Chloe’s Kitchen, modified by Sherry Shrallow to remove all oil
Agave Lime Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar
2 tablespoons agave
¼ cup lime juice
Chipotle Chop Salad
1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 head romaine lettuce, cut or torn into bite-sized pieces
1 large tomato, finely chopped
¼ red onion, finely chopped
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
½ cup cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
To make the Agave-Lime Vinaigrette: Blend vinegar, agave, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
To make the Chipotle Chop: Sauté black beans, garlic, chipotle powder, and salt in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine romaine, tomatoes, onion, avocado, quinoa, black bean mixture, and cilantro. Toss with desired amount of Agave-Lime Vinaigrette.
