Easy to follow recipe for traditional chopped liver, passed down from the old country, ldor v'dor, and served at Jewish holidays around the world.
Goes well with Matzo (as demonstrated) and Haroset (recipe: and optionally horseradish. I generally buy horseradish grated in vinegar. If I were to pickle my own, I would probably replace the cabbage in this sauerkraut recipe
Liver is a good source of Thiamin, Zinc, Copper and Manganese, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Phosphorus and Selenium.

●1 quart water
●2 cubes chicken bouillon
