How To make Mexican Salsa Chicken
2 ea Whole no bone,no skin breast
1/3 c Flour
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Chili powder
3 tb Oil
1/4 c Salsa
4 oz Shredded Mont Jack cheese
Pound chicken 1/4 inch thick. In shallow dish combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Cook in oil 3-4 mins each side until lightly browned and no longer pink. Reduce heat, spoon 1T of salsa onto center of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese melts. Salsa Chicken
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 700 grams
Taco seasoning - 2 tablespoons
Salsa - 290 grams
Cheddar cheese - to taste
Sou cream - for garnishing
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 700 grams chicken breast, 2 tablespoons taco seasoning and mix it well.
2. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Spread 290 grams salsa on top it.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
6. Remove it from oven and spread cheddar cheese on top of it.
7. Again bake for 5 minutes or till the cheese is melted.
8. Remove it from oven.
9. Garnish with sour cream and spring onions.
10. Serve hot.

ingredients
- 1 lbs Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Salsa
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- chopped Cilantro for garnish
1) Pound the Chicken Breast and tenderize them. Season the Chicken Breasts with Taco Seasoning.
2) Pour Salsa in the Instant Pot. Now place the Chicken over it. Pour the remaining Salsa. Season with some Salt and Pepper. Toss to combine everything.
3) Pressure cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
4) Shred the Chicken using two forks. Toss to combine with the juices in the Instant Pot.
5) Serve inside Tacos and enjoy!
